Dipper's PoV

I couldn't believe what I saw. The moment I opened my eyes, my heart sank. He wasn't there. Bill had gotten out of bed before me (reading back over this, I only just realised how dramatic I made this scene XD). He doesn't normally wake up before me. Even when he does, he always lays there until I do (and vice versa). I looked over at the time. 3:32 AM?! No way he was up now!

I jumped out of bed, searching around. I was looking for Bill, but I was also looking for any kind of note he would've left behind if he had to do something. There wasn't any. The bathroom, perhaps? Without thinking, I rushed over to the bathroom and opened it swiftly. There, leaning over the sink, was my boyfriend.

"Bill?! What are you doing?!" I asked, yelling a bit too loud for my head to handle. I instantly got an excruciating migraine. I held my head with my hand and groaned like a zombie. "You're up so early..." I managed to say.

Bill's PoV

I'd woken up and looked at the clock to see it was 3:29. I felt ill and decided to go to the bathroom so I wouldn't be sick on the bed. Seems like Dipper can't sleep without me. Awe!
"I felt sick, and I didn't want to be sick all over you, so I came in here." I replied, my voice croaky from gagging to try and throw up.

He still held his head from when he shouted, looking at me, relieved. "Do you feel better yet?"
My head dropped back to the sink and I shook it. "Stomach is still twisting. Still trying to ga-" I stopped, and suddenly threw up into the sink. "Crap."

Dipper laughed a little before coming over to stand behind me. He moved his arms slowly around my waist and lightly pulled me into a hug. "It was probably something you ate. Don't worry about it, you should be fine now."
Never had a voice sounded more delightful and reassuring than Dipper's.

"Can we go back to bed?" I asked, turning myself around to face him.
"Of course..."
We got back into bed and cuddled. Neither of us got anymore sleep, but we didn't care. We had each other... that's all that mattered.

Mabel's PoV

It was currently 4:09 AM. I was on a mission. You could call it a suicide mission, but I was trying to keep positive. I would kill Bill. With pure luck. And glitter. And, while I'm at it, maybe see if I could find Dipper. I knew he was dead. I was just hoping I would pass by a stone statue or corpse that was him. I just wanted to see him again. Know for sure he wasn't still out there...

I grabbed my grappling hook and Ford's demon-killing gun — that I nicked from him yesterday — and crept down the stairs, trying to avoid the squeaky areas in the floorboards as to not wake everyone up. I did so successfully, and I ventured out towards the Fearamid.

I still had no idea how to get in there, or what I was going to do. I was going solo, so I had no help. I ran through the eye-bats and came across the car tip (a 'scrapyard' for you lot who aren't English) where I saw Gideon. Gideon fricking Gleeful. He was here again.

"My, my, Mabel!" He spoke in his western accent. "What's a fine gal like yaself doin' out here all alone?" He smirked evilly. He's still a midget.
"None of your business." I carried on walking by.
"Do you need any help getting up there?"

I turned around, bewildered by how genuine he sounded. "I'm assuming you want something in return if I did?"
He shook his head. "These guys can throw you up there, no problem. It's a whole lot lower than the first time."
I stared back at the Fearamid, looking at the opening. He was right.

"Yes, please. If you wouldn't mind..."
The two men lifted me up and threw me at the entrance, where I landed into a forward roll. It was awesome! I snuck through the crowded room of demons and hid behind a sofa. I peaked over to look around, but I couldn't spot Bill anywhere.

"Hey, Pyronica." A hexagon-shaped hench-maniac who was sitting on the sofa in front of me spoke.
"Yes, Hectorgon?" 'Pyronica' answered him, leaning over in interest.
"Do you know where Bill is? He never turns up at our parties anymore."

"I don't know. 8-Ball caught him in a room that's off-limits to us. Who knows what he does in there." She nudged him with her elbow and they both bursted out laughing. I furrowed my eyebrows. Bill hadn't been at the parties? Hardly anyone saw him anymore? It didn't make sense.

I was about to continue to the next room until I felt a rather large hand grab my sweater.
"Hey! Get off of me! Ugh! Let me go!" I kicked my legs and struggled against his grip.
I think he was '8-Ball'. He carried me through to the next room and went off down a hallway, still gripping onto my sweater.

We kept moving until we stopped at a tall door. It had about ten signs on it saying things like 'Keep Out!' and 'Off Limits!'. In my eyes, Bill was begging for people to go in. I wondered what was in there...
8-Ball knocked on the door violently, scaring me out of my thoughts. I heard muffled talking behind the door before... Bill teleported outside?

He looked like a humanised Bill, with his blonde hair and bright yellow suit. "8-Ball, what is i- oh, hello Shooting Star." Bill shot the monster a death glare. "I told you! If any Pines members come here, just throw them back out!"
"You're not going to kill me...?" I asked, confused.

Bill stared into my eyes. "For various reasons, I will not kill you or any of your family. Good day." He was about to teleport back in before I interrupted.
"W-Wait!" I yelled.
He did, and looked blankly at me.
"D-Do you know w-what happened t-to m-my b-b-brother?" I asked shakily.
