(A:N Sadly, Nightwing won't really be in this chapter, this is basically the story of where she is and how she got there and stuff about her etc. So if you don't care and you're reading this story ahead of time, you can skip this chapter)
Day 1: I woke up in an unfamiliar place. I spit out my hair from my mouth and sat up. It was a cold room, it looked like a prison cell. It had one window, with light seeping though it, there was some sort of electricity flowing through it. And a door with no knob on my side that was made out of what I could only assume was steel. I could see a camera facing me. My back hurt from the concrete I was laying on and my head was pounding.
I tried to remember how I got here but the effort was fruitless. I sat up and looked through the window, careful not to touch it. I could see nothing but water. I sighed and leaned on the wall, thinking.
It was always my dream to meet Nightwing. I never found interest in Batman like everyone else did, but his former sidekick always caught my eye. We had met a few years ago, but he probably forgot considering not everyone remembers every person they've ever saved.
I was interrupted from my thoughts with the sound of someone opening a door. I closed my eyes, not used to the brightness. I slowly adjusted to the brightness to find, well I couldn't really tell because they were dressed like they were going to a masquerade ball.
I heard a sigh before they spoke, "Listen, I don't want to do this, but it's the only way for me to get out of this hellhole. I-I'm sorry"
The voice was very seductive sounding. I wondered what she meant by that. But I soon found out. She walked towards me and lifted up my sweatshirt. She pulled out a knife and carved words into it. I winced in pain and started crying but I didn't fight back, I don't know why, but I just didn't feel the need to .
She sat up and walked towards the exit, looking back at me one last time with a sympathetic look.
I lifted up my shirt and read the words. One, by one, they will fall down. My stomach was bleeding furiously and I needed to bandage it up or else I would die. I couldn't find any cloth but I saw that the woman left her knife here. I picked it up and cut off the sleeve of my sweater and wrapped it around my waist. It bled through quickly so I added my other sleeve and that seemed to work.
I prayed for someone to save me. I prayed for Nightwing to save me. I looked out of my window and watched the waves flow freely, and I began to feel trapped. Life wasn't going my way lately. With the villains of Gotham to worry about and rent to pay I was to afraid to go to work but I knew I had to.
My job was the worst. Like pretty much everyone else in this city does whether they know it or not, I work for Batman. Or, rather, Bruce Wayne. I was in charge of Wayne security and I had to make sure everything was okay. which was a hastle at times.
Anyways, I thought about escaping until I began to feel tired. I put my arms in my shirt and curled into a ball until I fell asleep.
