Peter's POV.
It's been a year. A year since I saw her beautiful face, a year since I heard her laugh, a year since I held her hand. She was all I ever thought about.
"Peter...at least come over today so we can do something together. I hate seeing you so down... ever since Y/N..." Ned cut himself off "I-I'm sorry..."
"It's fine, I'll come over after I go see Mr.Stark today." I said, putting my stuff in my locker.
"You sure, I-I realized what day it was and if you need today away from everyone I understand. Me and MJ will be fine." Ned started rambling
"I'll be there." I said before walking to me next class. I sat down in my seat, and jotted down something's that the teacher was saying, but I couldn't concentrate at all.
By the last bell I was already outside and walking over to Mr. Stark as he got out of his car. He walked over to me and hugged me tightly. We both had taken Y/N's passing incredibly hard. After the hug I got into the passengers seat of his car and he drove me to an area where there was the most unusual tree. It looked like three trees wrapped themselves together, and wasn't the prettiest sight, but Y/N loved it. So, me and Mr. Stark, every other month came to this tree and ate lunch, knowing that is she would want her spirit to rest anywhere, it would've been here.
"It's been a year..." I said
"I know."
"So you remember the deal then." He nodded sadly.
"It's my last lunch with my daughter..." he choked out the words and held back his tears.
"She gave herself to save the world. You should be proud of her." I said, hiding the sadness in my voice.
"I always was...I just wish I had a little bit more time to tell her..." he looked down, a tear rolling down his face. "You start training tomorrow, if you do good you'll be an Avenger sooner rather than later. Now let's get you home."
"Actually, I'm gonna walk to Ned's house..." I said, he just nodded and went back to his car, driving away leaving me and the tree. "We miss you Y/N..." I said before walking to Ned's house.
