5 - Rilakkuma

I closed my eyes, and obviously, everything turns black. The past that I was running from, unexpectedly caught up with the present. I'm excited to see the results in the future, but I'm scared. I'm scared that I will never be able to open my eyes again.

Chapter 5 - Rilakkuma

"Xinyan?!! Xinyan??!!"

"Wang Yuan go get some water!!"

I opened my eyes and saw people running back and forts. My dearest childhood bestfriend, He Jia Yue, is also here, checking my pulse. When she noticed that I've woke up, she then, helped me get up.

"what's going on?" i asked glancing everywhere and for some reasons, I'm looking for Qian Xi.

"A trainee from our company brought you here saying you collapsed while you were dancing" Yuan explained, handing me a glass of water.

"thanks" i said, "but where is he?"

"he went out to buy some medicine. by the way Xinyan why did you hang out with him? you were damn tired and you still have the guts to dance with an energetic guy?" Jiayue nagged.

"I was just...." I was about to explain but Junkai interrupted us with an invitation to eat midnight snacks from the dining room. And as usual, Wang Yuan is always the first one to arrive in the table.

Jiayue followed Yuan then i told them to eat first and went outside for a fresh air. what was that kiss? it felt so real. And if that's just a dream, why did it brought up Zheng Fengwei?

"Xinyan!" someone called for me from afar and it's Cheng Xin running towards me holding a plastic bag in his left hand.

"what's that?" i asked while looking at the plastic bag he's holding.

"it's an Energizer" he said while taking out the bottle of what he called 'energizer' from the plastic bag and gave it to me. "only convenient stores are open at this hour so," he added then i interrupted him, "Cheng Xin... about a while ago, when you walked me to the dorm. Did you.. perhaps saw Qian Xi?" i asked.

"I'm sorry Xinyan, but i didn't. But I know something about Qian Xi-gege" he said.

*Gege (哥哥) - big/older brother in Chinese*

I look at his eyes giving him a signal to continue talking.

"I'm not sure about this too. I just heard it from weibo. Qian Xi-gege usually jogs at this hour. He loves being alone in the dark. And he always brings his Rilakkuma toy with him all the time. I'm not sure if these informations help but that's all I can say about him. Go inside now and rest. I'm going home too. bye Xinyan" he said and left.

"Hmm... Rilakkuma"

"Xinyan?! what are you doing there alone? come in now!" Jiayue shouted then i went inside.

When the sun rose, I quickly got up from my bed and cooked breakfast for everyone. They slept very late last night, this is the least i can do for them.

While i was making an omelette, someone suddenly hugged me from the back

"Junkai-jiejie. why does your cooking smells better this day?"
