School had just ended for Changmin and his best friend Chanhee, so they decided to go to the library to finish off their homework.

"Hey wanna go grab some coffee before going to the library. I'm really gonna need some caffeine." sighs Chanhee while thinking of all the homework he has. "Coffee sounds good, can we also get some muffins?" asks Changmin, his mind picturing the delicious muffins the cafe have. "Coffee and muffins it is!"

The two boys are heading off to the cute lil' cafe that's across the library, there is a chalkboard in front of the door, where the today's special drinks and pastries are written in pretty handwriting.

Changmin opens the door for his best friend. As soon as Changmin walks into the cafe, Chanhee immediately hides behind his back. Changmin was confused at first but once his eyes landed on the barista, he knew exactly what was going on.

Chanhee has had a crush on the barista named Kevin for a while now. He always dragged Changmin with him to the cafe because he knows that Changmin and Kevin's little brother, Hyunjoon are friends.

"Can you please go order for us?" asks the flustered boy. "Nope, I'm not the one with the crush, so you can go." responds Changmin with a smile on his face. "Do you really want me to die, Changmin? Do you really?" says Chanhee dramatically. Changmin rolls his eyes at his friend, pushing him as he goes to sits down at their usual spot. "You won't die Chanhee. You're just gonna go up to the counter, say 'hi' to your crush, order our coffees and my chocolate chip muffin, wait 'till our order is done, take them and say thank you while flashing your cute smile at Kevin and then we are off to the library to do our homework. Doesn't sound that difficult, now does it?"

"Ugh, you're impossible sometimes." says Chanhee giving up and going to order. Changmin smiles at his victory.

Chanhee walks up to the counter, his heart beating faster than usual and palms starting to sweat from nervousness.

"Hello, what can I get you?", asks Kevin. "Hi, uh can I have two cups of coffee and um a chocolate chip muffin to go." says Chanhee stuttering. "Two cups of coffee and a chocolate chip muffin to go, coming right up." repeats Kevin while giving Chanhee the cutest smile he has ever seen.

Changmin was enjoying his friends flustered state. Chanhee almost never acted like this, so it was quite amusing to him, and the fact that he was blushing just from the smile Kevin flashed him was funny to him.

"Here you go, have a nice day." says Kevin after a while with another smile as he handed Chanhee his order. "Thank you, uh you too." Chanhee replies, taking his order and giving Kevin a cute smile as Changmin told him to.

Changmin noticed how it was Kevin who blushed this time. He laughed at the two who obviously liked each other, but were both too dense to notice anything.

"Let's go, I've embarrassed myself enough for today." Chanhee says with the pink color on his cheeks still evident. Changmin got up laughing.

"Oh, my god. I dont think I'm ever going back there." a sigh leaves Chanheea mouth as they exited the cafe. "Oh please, I'll see you here probably first thing tomorrow morning having small talk with him." Changmin states, earning a punch to his shoulder.

"Here, take your muffin. I hope you choke on it" Chanhee says shoving the paper bag to Changmin who only laughed louder.

"I don't get this. I hate math!", screeches Changmin in frustration.

It was Chanhees turn to laugh now, "Be quiet or else we'll get kicked out. And give me that". Chanhee snatches Changmins notebook and proceeds to solve the equation his friend was stuck on. "Here you go, dumbass"

"Have I ever told you how much I love and appreciate you" Changmin says being grateful that God gave him a friend who understands his worst subject. Chanhee rolled his eyes at the comment, "You owe me coffee" "Anything for my bestest friend." Changmin blows Chanhee a kiss that he dodges quickly with a sour face.

The boys start packing their stuff, laughing quietly at the productive plans they have for the rest of the day.
By productive they mean watching movies at Chanhees until they fall asleep.

At least they didn't have to worry about homework anymore
