Chapter Fourteen

Percy POV

I got dared to fight Thalia. Okay, I've done this before, and haven't died yet.

When we go outside I walk towards the lake.

"Oh no fair," says Thalia. "a You can control water."

"And?" I say. "You can control lightning from the ground, I'm just taking some home field advantage." Really smart Percy. Insult the girl who was supposed to be the all powerful child of the prophecy AND is the lutenant of Artemis.

Thalia strikes me with lightning. I feel like a microwave burrito, but without the sour cream. Wow, another brilliant statement by yours truly.

"You guys might want to step back," Annabeth says, motioning to the wizards, except Hermione, who are still in frying distance.

Thals and I go at it. She is soaking wet and I am feeling pity for microwave burritos, because I now know how they feel. She shoots at me and I block her arrows. She shoots arrows around me and before I realize her strategy, I'm pinned to a tree.

"I think I win." She says. Let's go in so I can dry off."

Everyone walks off, except Annabeth. They go back to the castle, not noticing that I'm still here.

"Hey guys, I think you forgot something," Annabeth yells.

"Oh yeah, get him down Annie," Thals calls back.

"Oh you are so luck you're out of throwing distance for my knife."

Annabeth pulls me down and we walk back to the castle hand in hand.

I'm so sorry about how short this is, but I needed to give an announcement and gave you a short part of what I was originally going to write.

I saw Guardians Of The Galaxy today and want to write a GOTG and DW crossover. My friend (crazyfangirl10134) told me to start writing that one, so I'm putting all of my other stories on hold to write it. Plesse check it out. There are spoilers. If you don't like this, or want to complain (though I doubt you will, you guys are too awesome, more on that later) please message crazyfangirl10134.

Anyways, you guys are awesome because of your nice comments. I've read stories where all of the comments are negative and corrective. I mean, if I make a mistake please correct me, but do it nicely the way you guys always comment.
