prologue

it was the year 2000 when vance and derby evans had decided to make a decision that was bound to change the lives of their children and even themselves. after seeing their beautifully growing triplets that they brought into the world adapt in it, they were going to make a move that would make most parents revolt at the idea. their oldest daughter felicity was hidden in the shadow of their two youngest children. most people barely even knew felicity existed because of her "show-stealing" siblings. wanting the best for their daughter and wanting her to grow into her own person, they had her move all the way on the other side of albuquerque to live with start a "new" life.
derby initially despised the idea of sending her daughter off but after hearing her husband's reasons she agreed and went with the plan. there would be nothing to worry about since vance's older sister, sarah who is trusted and loved by both adults, had been through what they will put their daughter through when she was a young girl. vance and derby would of course visit their daughter during summers, family vacations, birthdays, and whenever necessary to prevent her from feeling that she was unloved by her parents. what would happen to felicity the next seven years? only time could tell.

going in a new school when everyone had their own friends that they had created over the past six years at elementary school and having no social skills was complicated for felicity evans. rumors were made about her on why the richest family in albuquerque had suddenly sent their daughter to the west side. and being shy and not knowing how to stick up for herself made things more difficult. that was until the kind act of the owner of the locker below her had made that brought out a "new" felicity. it was an invitation to have lunch with the young girl and her friend. after the three girls had several more lunches and hangouts after school together, felicity was becoming more comfortable with herself. she was soon involved in a friend group with the two girls that had shown kindness to her, they're riley and charlotte. overtime the three had become popular amongst their school and the shy, scared, and quiet felicity was left in the past.

eventually three years has passed by and felicity, riley, and charlotte were going to become a freshmen at west high. in the last month of the summer before her high school adventure would start, felicity had fell into a fight with her younger sister resulting in her leaving her parents' country club with her aunt to go back to her home on the west side of albuquerque. thinking that it would be a boring rest of her summer since both of her best friends were on their own family summer vacations, she had become interested in the only child of her new neighboring family - montgomery roy. coming all the way from australia, the youngest roy had befriended felicity who she had come to find is a good person to waste time with and looks amazing with red hair.

the time for school had rolled around and on the first day felicity had found herself inviting her new friend that she had made over the summer to sit with her and her friends after seeing him enter the cafeteria with a lost look on his face. her two friends had grown to become friends with the boy just as quickly as felicity did over the period of a month. and now the group had consisted of four people - felicity, riley, charlotte, and their new friend montgomery.

the now group of four had gained not only the eyes of their peers in their year, but also the students from three years above. the four was known by majority of the school and with that popularity everyone was always trying to be the next member of the group or somehow involved with the group. but the group didn't take anyone in until the time that one of their members had gained a boyfriend. it was no surprise that it would be charlotte since she was obviously beautiful and a bit less intimidating. her heart was taken by a boy with the name kaleb davis. he had hung around the group for a while after officially being charlotte's boyfriend and ever since then his company was enjoyed by the four teens. and that led to a fifth member being included to their group.

it's now the senior year of high school for the five students at west high. it's the best year of their lives by far. the two boys are both on the basketball team and after the last year of disappointment by this sports team they've been seen to be doing better because of the two. the three girls have become cheerleaders after wanting an extracurricular that would help them with college applications and becoming a cheerleader had also meant hanging out with the boys more which was an awesome in their book. charlotte and kaleb are still dating and every pda moment had left their three single best friends in a chorus of "aw's." they've all been getting great grades which led to less scoldings by their guardians and embarrassment by them. drama involving the group was at a minimum and there were little to no arguments between them. but most importantly the five had stuck together through the tough past three years of high school and have proven to be the greatest people in the world to each other.
the rest of senior year is going to be fun.
