Chapter 6 (Finale)

Satoshi POV

We finally got down there only to see everyone still eating lunch. "Wait..."

"I suppose the bell didn't actually ring," Yoshiki said sounding annoyed

"Nope," Naomi said with a slight grin on her face

"Did something happen?" I asked

"Yeah," Shinozaki said walking up

"Well?" I said impatiently "What happened,"

"You too," Shinohara said peeking out from behind a corner

"What," Me and Yoshiki said sounding confused

"We knew you too liked each other, so we wanted to help you out," Naomi said gesturing towards us

"Help us out?" I was so scared. How'd they find out? Are they gonna tell anyone else? Have they told anyone else? My palms were sweating and my heart was racing.

"Yeah, you know, give you a little push so to speak," We must've looked confused because she began explaining "I asked Satoshi to go check on you because I said you didn't look to well yesterday, and Shinozaki knew Kishinuma didn't get off work until a little later so just as you got off work we sent him the message to go check on you, and you told me your mom and dad were gonna be out of town so we thought this was the perfect opportunity,"

I then realized last night at Yoshiki's I'd told him I had family problems and that's why I needed to stay.

"Wait a sec', you didn't tell me that your parents were out of town,"

I felt my heart rate get even faster "Well, uh, yeah, I just, didn't want you too be alone,"
Yoshiki seemed to blush a little bit at the comment

"Well-, why didn't you just say so?"
"I didn't want you to think I was weird,"

"Why would I think you're weird?"

"I-, well-, I don't really know..."

Yoshiki POV

"C'mon," I guided him back to the roof so we could talk about it in private. Poor guy must've been so nervous. We got to the roof and I made sure no one had followed us.

"So why did you think I would think you're weird," He looked down and started crying

"B-be.." I pulled him into a hug. What could be so serious?

"It okay, you can tell me," He hugged me back and started crying on my shoulder.

*Hic* "I-I'm gay.." His breathing got more shaky and he started to break down at that point.
"And I just feel like I'm the only one who feels this way and.." He was interrupted by more crying. I hugged him a bit harder.

"It's okay, you don't need to be ashamed of yourself just because you like guys, you know, a lot of people aren't really born liking the opposite gender, they eventually become attracted to the opposite gender, and it makes a lot of people think we need to abide to those kind of feelings, but, some people feel different.....people like you and me....we can't help it,"

At this point his crying had subsided and he just had his head buried in my shoulder "And you know what, if anyone tries to hurt or make fun of you, you bet your ass I'll be there to stand up for you." He laughed at that

"No matter what comes our way, I know we'll conquer it; I'll always be here," He took his head away from my shoulders and looked me in the eyes.

"Thank you, for everything,"

"No, thank you," We heard the bell ring and looked at the door

"I guess we should head back down,"

"Yeah,"

We held our hands as we went downstairs. Who knew what would come our way. Who knew how much we'd have to fight for each other. Who knew how many hardships we'd face, how many people who would try to tear us apart. Who knew how many people would support or be against us. Who knew. All I cared about right now was that I was with the person who was walking down the stairs with me. I don't know where I'd be without him. No one knows. But soon they will. Who knows how long that'll take; a day; a week; a month; a year; Who knows...

A/N

Ah yes this is the finale. I just thought there was no other good way to end this, and this chapter may seem like a mess but i really wanted to get those words out. Also school started for me yesterday and it isn't as bad as i thought it would be. My good friends are in a couple of my classes so i'm happy about that. The only really bad thing that's happened is i almost had a panic attack in language arts cause we had to share our story to another person, but it wasn't too bad. As for Blood Drive i haven't been able to watch it that much lately and i'm still on chapter 3 but i hope to watch it some more soon. I'm sad to leave this story but i have so much planned coming up, and i really hope you like it. Anyways i hope you have/had a good day and i'll see you later. Byeeeeeeee (~￣▽￣)~
