Minji stood still, glancing for several minutes at the e-mail.
She couldn't believe she had been selected to work as a producer! All her life she struggled to get a job in the music industry in Canada, and now they accepted her... but in Korea. That meant she would have to move out of her parents house, go to a whole different country and start from zero.
It was true that Minji was very excited to accept it but would it be good to leave her parents and little sister in Canada? Will she ever get used with not having them by her side every day? Will she ever be capable of paying her own bills and living by herself? Would she even get paid properly to do so? All of these unanswered questions seemed to dominate her mind by storm and she felt chills running down her skin.
She was scared.
But, although she was completely terrified of things going wrong, — as she was a control freak — even more terrifying would be to lose the best job she had ever conquered without even trying... so she did what her heart asked her to,
she replied to the email with a simple:
"Good morning.
I would like to take a chance. When can I board to Seoul?"
