Izuku had gotten outside and saw a girl around his age (8yrs old right now) on the ground was a girl with pink skin and hair with horns on her head while she stared at him fearfully looking up at his face. (I mean he is like 7'0 tall)

Why are you here? Izuku said

I-I saw you walking into the cave so I followed you. The girl said
