"It's nice to meet you two, I'm Y/N" I said as I was looking at the menu board to see what the caffe had. I was thinking about what to get when I was cut out of my thoughts by Sam. "So y/n how come you were at that abandoned place?" I looked over to them and simple said I was there to explore and have fun. I then excused myself to get order a drink for myself and them.
Colby's pov
As y/n left to get drinks I turned to Sam. " hey Sam did you see that cut on y/n arm" Sam turned to me "hmm no I didn't but it's probably just from her falling over or something" he said. "Ya probably" I replied before moving my focus back over towards her. Even tho Sam said that I can't help but wonder why she has that cut and we're it's from "I'll just ask her when she gets back" I mumbled. " ask who what?" I looked up to see y/n i was so in my thoughts I didn't even see her come back. "Oh umm I was just wondering were u got that cut on your arm?"
Y/n POV
Shit I thought as he finished the question. I have to come with an excuse they can't find out that I'm abused and live at an orphanage. "Well?" I heard Sam say. " oh umm it's from falling down the stairs?" I said more as a question. "Hmm ok I guess u were right then Sam" "ya anyway why don't we get going it's going to start getting dark soon and I probably need to get home" Colby said as he stood up. "Yeah well it was nice meeting you and maybe we'll meet again soon." I was about to walk away when Sam said " why don't we take you home, it's getting dark and I don't want you to get into any trouble" " ya we'll drop you off come on" shit "you really don't have too I can just walk" I replied trying to convince them. "Were not gonna take no as an answer so come on." There really was no point trying to stop then so I sighed and slowly followed them to there car. "Ok so where do u live" Colby said as he started up the car. "Oh umm (random address)" "ok lets go"
Colby's POV
I couldn't help but feel like y/n wasn't telling us the truth. She's sitting in the back looking out the window and really nervous about something. I turned down (road name) and saw that the gps told me to stop outside an orphanage. Me and Sam looked at each other confused and then turned to look in the back at y/n. Me and Sam shouted at the same time "YOUR AN ORPHAN"
