bright light

A teen girl wants to get over him,
A teen boy wants to understand whats going on in that girls head,
She wants the cuts to stop,
He wants to understand,
She wakes up in a white room,
He doesn't sleep,
She wonders what happened,
Dark bags show under his eyes,
Wasn't she supposed to be dead,
He doesn't know what he would do without her,
People in scrubs rush in murmuring words to her,
He sees them go in,
She sees him in the window,
Their eyes connect,
She starts to drift into an internal slumber,
He rushes to get to her,
They hold him back,
He wanted to show her how he felt the same,
You could make out the faint beeping noise throughout the empty hallway,
He falls to the ground,
Tears streaming like mini waterfalls down his cheeks,
He runs,
He doesn't stop,
Streets after streets,
Not knowing where to go,
The last thing he remembers was the bright light,
He opens his eyes,
He could make out a figure standing right in front of him,
The figure turns around,
She turns to him and smiles,
