Most people don't read much. I on the other hand read a ton. Usually I read teen flicks - you know vampires, werewolves, fallen angels and such? Yeah, well, that was me up until about a year ago when I had my first encounter with that world - up until I unknowingly fell in love with a fallen angel.
****************************
I fell for a fallen angel - isn't it ironic? Falling for someone who fell a long time ago. Falling for a fallen.
There's one thing you should know about fallen angels and that's this - they're not all nice guys. In fact most of them are bad, evil even. Makes sense though, doesn't it? I mean its not like you get kicked out of heaven unless you've done something bad, right?
At least that's what I thought. Turns out you can be banished just for simply falling in love. Stupid, huh? Makes you wonder what else might get you kicked to the other side of the pearly gates. My angel tells me he knew a guy who got kicked out for telling a lie, which is sort of understandable, I guess. I mean it is one of the seven deadly sins and all. But love? The "L" word? Don't be so quick to judge, my angel says. He says you can only get kicked out for love if you fall in love with a human. I asked him why that was such a bad thing. He says because it goes against duty. Well I said, getting Marcy to look after my brother instead of me goes against my duty but you don't see me running home to the little snot bucket. HE says its not the same. I just roll my eyes at him.
So there you have it, stupidity at its greatest. Well apart from when I found out my angel was an angel. That I'll never forget.
