Chapter 5

In the previous chapter, Siria found her seat and Mark headed towards her direction, he was heading to the seat right next to her.

MARK'S POV

"Theres an empty seat next to her, maybe its my chance to make a new friend. But what if she has a boyfriend....what if she doesnt likes me....what if she's a lesbian......what if shes a trans..no no... stay positive ...." I thought to myself as I sat down subconciously.

Siria~ "Hey. You probably know my name already, but I'm Siria Gold. I'm from Toronto, Canada. Nice to meet you.Earlier that wierd kid interupted our convereation."

"Hey... My name's Mark. Ni..nice to meet you.So you like Biology?"

Siria~ "Hey, don't need to be shy, I wont bite.And yes , I intend to be a Doctor one day."

" Really? I mean really... I want to be an Orthopaedic Surgeon, Biology is my most favorite"

Siria~ "Cool, so we have that in common, cool. Were you in the Art room earlier? "

"Yes. I was. With my friend Becca. You saw us?"

Siria~" Oh. Ok. And no, not technically. I just saw two people in there. I just assumed it was you. Why were you in there anyway?"

"Oh. No problem.Well, um....  I just wanted to check out the new art room, to soothe my thoughts."

Siria~" Cool, I saw a piece of art and it was beautiful. But i will like to see the person who created it. You know!"

"So youre into art as well? We have another thing in common. So do you think we can be friends?" I asked hoping to get a definite answer.

Siria~" Sure! It's really nice meeting you.Oh....Would you like to be my Lab partner?"

"Huh..Ok. Sure!"

SIRIA'S POV

"His eyes looked so dreamy, and his personality is so outgoing, a bit shy but atleast he was nice to me. Wondered if he had a girlfriend but that conspiracy was debunked, he's also cute."
I thought to myself.

A bit cliche but a happy friendship begun. I couldnt believe, but I had a feeling that this friendship would actually last but little did I know that both of us needed eachother more than we thought.

Mark~" What is?"

"Oh. Nothing!! Hehe...I'm just happy I made a new friend."

Mark~"So would you like a tour of the school? And maybe get lunch later?"

"Sure. I would like that but Shauna already took on that offer so.."

Mark~"Hey, I dont mind showing you the school's exterior sometimes. I'm sure Shauna wouldnt mind showing you the interior."

"Oh. Your awfully nice to me. Thanks Mark."
 
I felt as though my entire face was physically red, I dont know how but it just was. Unlike the others, He never showed me crossed eyes, or tried to get with me, or even neglected to show me around.

Mark~"Thanks?You dont have to thank me. And it's what friends do right?" He said chuckling with a nice bright smile.

Mrs.Hillary~" Alright Class! Now, I'd Like to welcome Siria Gold to our classroom. Be nice to this young lady."

The entire class glared at me. But to my notice, I saw one of the girls from this morning who looked at me funny....

"Mrs.Hill, I hope this new girl don't keep the class back. She seems a bit dull to be here dont you think?" The red headed girl said from the back of the class. The entire class laughed except for Mrs.H, Shauna, Mark and his friends from earlier.

My cheeks were bright red, I felt so embarrassed, "Why..are..you all laugh...---I was cut off my Shauna---"

Shauna~"Listen up you dumbshits! Lets actually pretend to be civilized and treat our new student with respect, especially you Tiffany!"

Tiffany~" Excuse me? I got the highest grade in the entire class for mock exams."

Mrs.Hillary~" SHUT UP! Thanks Shauna. Tiffany, you got the lowest grade in finals, so you had to retake the exam with the others who failed."

The class laughed outloud.

Tiffany~" Ahhhh. Thats it. Youre dead new girl. Smh."

And at that moment... I found an underling who worships my soon to be greatest enemy at Scarlet's High

*The teacher silenced the class and gave us notes from the text book and She  explained to us how she spent her vacation and her two boyfriends.*
