We arrived to a morning radio interview and after everyone was introduced, they asked me about my past and asked to explain it, if I didn't mind.
"So, What was your parents like~ you as well have a sister but you keep her from the public knowing who she is~" the interviewer said.
"Nae, the reason for that is simply that when I was about 3 years old and my brother was 4, my mother would take things from around the house and beat us with it... she would leave scratches and welts on us and when we got to school we would say that we got into a fight off the school premises.. and it got worse and worse, but only when my father was at work~ so my dad treated me and my brother differently than he treated my step sister, because I was his child and she wasn't our birth mother-" the interviewer interrupted with another question.
"What happened to your birth mother?" The female asked.
"Well she had cancer and passed away during one of her surgeries... after we had sued them, we had gotten about 4 billion dollars~ but my father met a women soon after and yet he didn't listen to us when we said that she was using him for money.. so she abused us, and my step sister would rip my clothes and cut my hair.. she would grab my wrist violently leaving bruising~ and she had told my old school that my brother and I were sleeping together sexually~" I sighed.
"So how did you get away from this all?after you met Jimin and had gotten close, how did you just leave?" The male interviewer asked.
"My brother had seen that I was getting the worst of everything and after our father didn't listen to us about everything that they were doing to us~~ we had taken my father credit card and paid for 2 tickets to Seoul and we even bought a house here with the card because all his money was accessible through that card... and we had gotten ourselves food, we both kept up with jobs as well as kept up with school~ then we had discovered a way to show people that they can go from nothing to everything and show victims of abuse that, they don't stand alone" I smiled
"Have you seen your father or step mother after that? Have they ever came up to you maybe at a concert or on the street?" The interviewer asked.
"Actually a few days ago, during a fan meeting, her brother had come to support her and bring her some food.. but when we started Pd Nim and her manager pulled her aside and told her to stay with them for a second... but the first person was already coming up and he went straight to Y/ns spot, he had this sad but happy look on his face~ I went to tell him that she was busy but then Pd Nim called her brother to come through from the crowd, I was confused till I seen the mans face better, I realized it was her father and he had cake to try and talk to her and apologize" Jimin spoke up.
"How did you handle that?~ did you tell him to leave?" The female interviewer asked Jimin.
"I asked him politely to continue to walk down the line and explained that other people wanted to meet us~ but when he didn't move, he had been escorted out by security and Y/n and her brother were allowed to continue with the fan-meeting" Yoongi smiled as he gave me a small hug. Everyone was shocked but we were able to get off the topic and move on.
