David "East" Easton
It's been a week since Aniyah was release from the hospital. I didn't want to leave her but I needed to find who did this to her. Her being shot set a spark off in my mind....REVENGE!
"David?" Aniyah said knocking me out of my thoughts.
"Huh?" I asked.
"Are you ok?" She looked at my hand which was balled into a fist.
"Uh yeah yeah how are you feeling?" I asked.
"I'm fine but really what's going on? Talk to me." She said.
"Baby I'm fine this is going to be our last night in together for a while so let's make the best of it and not talk about our problems." I said.
She sigh and nodded her head.
"I love you." I mumbled wrapping arms around her waist.
"I love you more." She said as she snuggled closer to me.
I drifted to sleep with her in my arms.
Three hours later.
Clank Click.
I snatched the gun from my dresser and sat up quickly.
"What's wrong?" Aniyah asked.
"You don't hear that?" I asked.
Click.
"Stay here." I said.
"No I don't need you to keep protecting me David." She said.
I sigh.
"Not right now Aniyah." I said.
"I'm coming with you whether you like it or not." She said.
"Fine but stay behind me." I said.
She nodded and got out of the bed. We slowly walked downstairs and looked around I walked to the den where the noise was coming from.
"Find anything?" I asked pointing my gun at the person.
The person had a hood on which covered most of his face.
"Who are you?" I asked.
"Your worst nightmare." He smirked.
All I seen was images of Aniyah getting shot and I went crazy. I tackled him on the floor and started hitting him with my gun.
"DAVID STOP! I KNOW HIM!" Aniyah yelled.
"You lucky motherfucka." I spat out.
I grabbed him by his collar and sat him in the chair.
"How do you know him Aniyah?" I asked.
"I ran into him after the altercation between me and that bitch Quita." She said.
"Nice seeing you again Aniyah...Santiago." He said smirking.
