Chapter 6

Lauren's POV

"I think that you're going to be amazed at how good she is!" The boy's manager said to me as he entered the room.

"Wait.. actually?" I said shocked since I've never heard her sing before and I've never asked her about it.

"Yes! she's amazing." He informed me.

Me and the boys were lead to the backstage part so that we could watch Skylar perform. I was sooo excited to see her up there. I was told that she would only sing 2 songs because she didnt have much time to practice.

"And now please welcome, Skylar Jenson!" A man told the crowd.

At that moment, I saw Skylar flash me a smile before grabbing an acoustic guitar and heading to the stool that was set up in the middle of the stage. Wait she can play the guitar too? Man, I guess there's more to learn about her than I thought.

"Hey guys I'm going to play a few songs for you. All these songs are songs that I have written personally and I hope you like them." She said once she was seated.

Then she started singing.

By the end of the song I was crying. It was absolutely beautiful and to think that she wrote that, had me standing there even more amazed if that was even possible at that moment. Her voice was beautiful and it made me feel so many different emotions all at once. I was taken out of my thoughts with her starting to talk.

"I'd like to dedicate this song to someone really special to me" she said looking at me and smiling. I smiled back really curious as to what the song was.

Oh my god. Her voice gives me shivers. I could hear the loud applause as she was putting down the guitar and saying her thankyous. Before I knew it, she was heading back. I didn't say anything, I just ran to her and hugged her, tightening my embrace once she started hugging back. After a good 2 minutes of just hugging I pulled away and gave her a kiss.

"Holy shit you were amazing! Why didn't you tell me you were so freaking talented? And did you really write those songs?? They were so good Sky like oh my god." I let out.

"I didn't think I was that good honestly, I could have done better. And I did write those songs. I guess I just speak from the heart" Skylar laughed.

"Well I thought that you were absolutely amazing." I replied.

"Thanks Lolo." She replied kissing me gently.

We started to head back to he boys' dressing room.

"YOU WERE SO GOOD OH MY GOD" They all blurted out as we walked in the door.

"You really think so?" she asked unsurely.

"yes. you were absolutely amazing Skylar I am really surprised and I think you have a really beautiful voice. And a beautiful face." Ashton blurted out.

I looked at Skylar and then at Ashton, Skylar was looking back at me with a confused look on her face.

"I'm sorry, I just think that if you look as good as you do, you should know it. We should hang out sometime maybe..." Ashton winked.

Skylars POV

Did he seriously just say that. Oh god. Before I could reply, Lauren grabbed my hand and started dragging me to the door.

"we have to go, sorry have a good show."

Lauren quickly said before the both of us exited the room and soon the building.

Once we were in the car, Lauren immediately climbed onto my lap and pushed me back, kissing me fiercely.
