Chapter 7

**HEY GUYS SORRY I HAVEN'T UPDATED IN FOREVER I KIND OF HAD A LOT GOING ON WITH SCHOOL AND WHAT NOT AND I HAD WRITERS BLOCK BUT IM BACK I LOVE YOU**

(Skylar POV)

"Lauren what are you doing?" I asked her clearly out of breath.

"shhh" she replied kissing me again.

She pushed me back down onto my seat

kissing my neck. I took that moment to put my hands around her neck and start kissing her lips once again. Just the feel of her lips on my own sent shivers throughout my whole entire body. Lauren licked my bottom lip asking for entrance which I gladly gave to her. Our tounges battled for dominance, her eventually winning. After a few minutes of a really heated make out session, she grabbed my butt and started squeezing it gently. I let out a soft moan and I could feel her smile onto my lips. I pulled away immediately.

"Lauren why are we doing this here?" I asked.

"I'm sorry, I just wanted to prove to you that you were mine I guess." she replied, climbing back to the drivers seat.

"why would you need to prove that?"

"Because I saw the way Ashton was staring at you babe, I just don't want him stealing you away from me."

"That will never happen, Lauren" I said reassuring her.

"Just making sure" she said before interlocking our fingers and driving off.

"Where are we going now?" I asked her.

"hmm I don't know, how about we go sit at the beach?"

"sounds good to me"

*15 minutes later at the beach*

Me and Lauren were currently sitting on the soft sand in a comfortable silence. I was admiring the waves, it was actually quite beautiful.

I look over to Lauren to see her deep in though. God, she's so beautiful. How did I get to be so lucky? The sun is shining on her perfect skin, causing her green eyes to sparkle.

"What are you thinking about?" I finally speak up.

"you." she simply states.

"What about me?"

"I don't know. I just can't stop thinking about you. You're perfect. After what I saw last night I can't stop thinking what thoughts caused all of those scars on your arms. I want you to be open with me Sky, we can work through this together. I will help you every step of the way, I promise. Just please open up to me." She lets out.

I take a deep breath and finally get the courage to tell her.

"it all started when I was 4..."

I told her everything. About my sister, about the bullying, about my insecurities,  about Brandon. I left out the part how he called me recently though. Other than that, she knows everything. I even told her how he made me feel like complete shit. I could see her trying to hold back tears.

"Now I realize why you moved here. You wanted to get away from everyone and everything that triggered your insecurities. You wanted to start a new life, no bullies, no insecurities..... no Brandon.. I'm so sorry to hear about all of that Sky, but I want you to know that I am here for you and the other girls are too. But if you ever want to self harm, please please don't do it. I want you to talk to someone. You're way stronger than all of that. please." she said.

I honestly, had no words. I didn't know what to say so I just embraced her in a big hug.

We hugged for a few minutes before I pulled away.
