As things were brought back to normal, God stood in front of me once again offering me his bag. Unable to do anything about it, I let out a deep sigh and begrudgingly took the bag. It was a small one strap satchel made of animal hide, it was dark brown and laced with golden string intertwined at the edges of the bag. The center had a purple flower pattern to add a splash of color to what would have been a rather dull looking bag. "Thanks!" I muttered under my breath. "So, what now? How am I suppose to leave and where am I even suppose to go?" I asked in a hurry just wanting to leave. "Didn't you hear me? I said I'll send you there, for now, Tony will take you to your house so you can settle in for the night." At that moment, Tony sprinted in to the room tripping over one of the benches by the fire place. "Leave it to me sir I'll get him situated faster then you can create a galaxy (a look of horror washed on his face, he starts stumbling with his words) a um you, not that your slow at what you do I was just say....." I cut Tony off, "I'd stop before you hurt yourself." Tony quickly looked at me, then to God who was looking down at Tony with a cold gaze. Panicked Tony stiffened and threw his arm to his sides as he made his best efforts to stand tall.
"Rrriight, well I think we'll be going now let's head out." "Yes Jonny sir." Tony said as he tailed behind me which was enough to make me laugh after what just happened. It felt good to laugh like I was back home goofing with my friends. I glanced over to him over my shoulders, "You can just call me Jonny." After hearing that, Tony stopped in place for a brief moment before letting out a faint chuckle to himself. He ran over to catch up to me and slapped me on the back, "Glad you're still dead." he said as he took the lead once again walking faster then most people would jog. "Come on, let me introduce you to your new home. I got just the spot!" Tony lead me down to the southwest side of town passed the fountain and on to a strip of road that started off as wide as the other streets we've passed by. But the roads here would cut off down the middle leaving a stream splitting what once was a single road, into a branching pathway. "This water comes from the forest a few ways off from the city." Tony explained, "Your house is this one, all you have to do to claim it! And to claim it, you write your name here on the red strip. Then every time you open the door, you will be in your own small world that YOU build as you see fit with just a simple thought." Tony pulled out a pen holding it out for me to grab. "Thanks, if you ever want to come over then the door will always be open to you." I took the pen and signed my name putting extra care not to use my usual chicken scratch I call writing. Though as soon as the pen touched the stone, a light blue glow started to form as I dragged the pen across spelling my name making it very hard to use my best handwriting. Once I finished, the glowing words left from the pen started to sink into the wall. "Now what?" I asked turning back to Tony. "That's it, lets go in." Tony reached for the door saying, "If u ever want to visit anyone you know all you got to do is think of them as u open your door, if they want you over then u can visit whenever you'd like."
The room was a empty void with nothing. EVERYTHING was like a blank piece of paper all white. "Go ahead." Tony encouraged with excitement. Think of something, think where you want to be." Nodding in agreement, I started to feel a bit nervous being put on the spot all of a sudden. Closing my eyes I started to shake my arm attempting to shake off my nerves with them, thinking of a tropical jungle I always loved, the forest with the thick green leaves and quiet sounds of distant animals and the unpredictable maze that comes with it. I have such great memories of exploring the woods as a kid, so many adventures still yet to come no longer feeling under pressure. I feel the ground beneath my feet give form and shape as fresh grass started to grow around my feet brushing up against my legs. I felt my cloth change into something heavier, a pair of soft leather boots, a dark green cloak, and a thermal white shirt underneath with some cameo style cargo pants that had extra pockets and the satchel given to me by god hung low to my left hip, to hold anything of value I may find on my travels. Ah and finally, my compound bow and leather quiver of 31 arrows both strapped to my back. As I opened my eye's, I was no longer in an empty space, I was in the jungle! Feeling fired up, I conjured up some targets that popped into reality at random, the first one was to my left only 44 feet away in the tree. I took hold of an arrow placing it in between my finer and thumb as I pulled back on the string in one swift motion, a simple series of actions I've done far too many times for it to be mere memory. No, this was instinct, second nature to me, I let the arrow fly sending it on its path to the red center of the target and TWACK! It was dead center, two more targets popped up. One hung in one of the trees to my right suspended by a rope 70 feet away and the other right in front of me 75 feet. Without hesitation I shoot for the target in the tree sending another arrow following behind the first before the first arrow could make contact the first arrow hit the left side of the target just barely getting the outer ring and made the target sway to the sides. The second cut through the rope sending the target to fall to the right where I had locked in with my third arrow as the target hit the ground. I let loose my third arrow hitting the target dead center but also knocking it back into the second target taking them both out as the last target popped up behind me. I spin around taking aim when I remembered Tony was still here watching me catching me off guard. I let go of the arrow sending it dead into the jungle. "You're looking pretty good with that thing!" "Thanks, I use to shoot and make arrows a lot but I guess I should probably start setting up a place though. I have a big day tomorrow so." I raised my arm, extending my hand to the trees erasing the ones close to me as I began to slowly spin around keeping my hand up. I make my way to clearing an area making a clean opening in the shape of an ⭕ leaving nothing but an open field of grass. "Now that I got some wiggle room." I clapped my hands and began to raise my foot I shouted, "LETS BUILD A HOUSE!" I screamed as I stomped my foot to the ground, replacing the grass with red cherry wood going in a 27ft. by 27ft. square. As the ground began to shift under my feet, I took a step to my right spinning myself halfway where I extended both hands out once more to create some walls of smooth maple wood only to shift sides again to make the last two walls. Coming to a full rotation, I ended up in the middle of the room. As I reached up to the sky to snap my fingers creating a flat maple wood roof with bright lighting placed in the center of the roof. "There, nice and cozy." I said snapping once more to make a bed appear. The same bed that I woke up in when I first got Civilizatie. "I hope you don't mind if I steal your bed, it was quite cozy." I said with a sly grin. "Not at all, seems like you have everything here figured out. Welcome to your new home! I'll be headed out now, if you need me or anything, I'll be up at my place." "Ok, thanks for showing me how this all works. I'll meet you at the fountain first thing in the morning." And just like that, we said our goodbyes and we parted ways leaving me alone in a world of my own creation with nothing left to do but feeling tired from my day. I simply laid in bed with a clap of my hands, I shut the lights as my mind started to run wild with thoughts of what I might have to do tomorrow. I scolded myself for saying that I could fix what clearly I have no idea of the situation. That anger was quick to shift to God, I couldn't help get the feeling he was using me to steal something? And for him to claim that my father was a God is just crazy! I forced the thoughts out of my mind and tried to get some sleep.
