You've really only spoken to Harrison one-on-one like a handful of times. I mean, he was always there whenever you hung out with Tom and Jacob and your girls, but you never really spoke with just him. He was cool and all, and there's nothing wrong with him, but it just... didn't happen often. Tom and Jacob always filled the gaps of conversation, and you clung to Jacob like no other.
So, needless to say, being forced to kiss Harrison Osterfield in front of everyone was a few steps too forward for your liking.

Knock! Knock! Knock!
"Y/N! We know you're in there!" muffled voices came from behind your apartment door.
Thank god your roommates were out right now or else you'd be hearing it from both sides.
You pull yourself together off the couch, straightening yourself up, and then moved to answer the door. You already knew who it must be, since those dumbasses always come by unannounced. (not that you didn't like that, you loved it, but a little forewarning would be nice–)"What?"
You hiss as you open the door, finding three boys dressed up with expectant expressions. You perch a brow and cross your arms as you look over them.Tom's cheerful face eclipses your view as he pulls you inside, "Change into something a little nicer, we're going out to BlahBlahBlah's party–"
And before you could even react, you were invited to a party of a friend of a friend's, and Laura and Z were nowhere to be found. You were still invited to the little "boy's club" outing with no question, Tom not even waiting to see if you actuallywanted to go or not; just popping in and dragging your ass out.
Thankfully you were already a little done up, and could easily slip into something more appropriately inappropriate.
"Who are you trying to impress tonight, huh?"
Tom teased you while he bumped an arm against your bare one. You guys walked down the sidewalk in a horizontal line, like a couple of assholes. You flutter your lashes dramatically, before wistfully looking at Jacob,"Who else?"
He's on his phone, and you all pause for his response. He doesn't notice soon enough, and he looks up through his glasses, dazed,
"What happened?"You all laugh and bump into another, Tom crossing over you to walk by Jacob. You fall behind the group to stand by Harrison. He
greets you with a polite smile that you return back with ease. His medium to light brown or blonde hair was tousled softly, and he cleaned up nicely, as always. You try not to stare for too long–You make quick small talk with him, the usual and furthest extent of communication between the pair of you. You were closer to Tom and Jacob, and so was he; the bridge between you both wasn't hard to cross, but you've just never really done it.
Harrison's a nice guy.
You knew that.
And it's never awkward with him, you just run out of things to say. The silence with him was always comfortable though.
You peek over at his profile, and he seems content with it too.
As you start to see the house that the party's at, your stomach settles uneasily. The yard was littered with guys who looked like guys, and they immediately were fixed on you when you walked up. You bite the side of your lip and started to feel a little conscious of being the only girl around...
Maybe you shouldn't have worn such a short skirt– No. you blinked hard. You shut down that stupid mentality, but started to pull your skirt down a little. The unease wouldn't be brushed off that easily.
