I took the next couple of weeks off work to really calm myself down. I felt numb inside after that night. It's been almost two weeks and I appreciated all that Jackson had done for me.
But that night, it wasn't the guy I knew. It wasn't the guy I met at the restaurant. There was something he wasn't telling me.
When he got home from work, he sat down next to me. "Any troubles?" He asked as he lifted my legs on his lap. I smiled, I loved the sweet side of him.
"Nope."
"Do you want to go out for dinner, sweetheart?"
I shook my head. I wasn't ready to go out in public, I was scared I might run into my dad.
"You haven't been out in two weeks.."
"Has it really been that long?" I groaned as I knew I should go out.
"If we go out i promise I'll be there to protect you." He massaged my feet and I leaned back enjoying it.
"Fine."
He got on top of me and kissed my lips. God he was a great kisser. Every time he his lips touched me I would want more. But he hasn't touched me like that since that night. I guess it's because of how distant I've been with him.
"Will you be ready in an hour?"
I nodded. I got up and wore a dress that Jackson bought for me last week when he wanted me to go out. It was a red dress, similar to my black one. But it was shorter.
I did my hair and makeup. I felt uneasy. My stomach turned knowing my dad could be hurting my mom.
I left the bathroom and Jackson was wearing a suit. He looked hot, extremely hot.
"I- you look good." I complimented him and he smirked as he seen I was blushing.
"You look absolutely sexy in that." He pulls me in and roamed his hands all over me.
I broke from his grasp. "Why haven't you touched me? Was it because I looked ugly and wasn't wearing something like this?"
"Sweetheart no. You look amazing in anything, I just didn't want to overwhelm you. You looked terrified after I- you know." He kissed my cheek. "I still want you badly."

We walked this place that looked nothing like a restaurant, it was like a ball room full of rich people.
"I thought we were going to eat out?"
"There's food here," he says as he intertwined his fingers with mine. Why didn't I see this coming.
Jackson took my over to where his mom was she greeted me with a smile.
"Hello darling. Nice to see you again." She held me in a quick hug. A man and another were standing by here side.
"This is my brother, Nathan. And my cousin, Brent." Jackson introduced me to them.
"Nice to meet you." I smiled. I seen a gun tucked in Nathan's pants, almost barely visible.
I pulled Jackson away and he held my hands. "What's wrong?"
"There's a damn gun in Nathan's pants!" I tell him as I panicked.
"I'm sure you just imagined it sweetheart, let me introduce you to more people."
"Why the hell didn't you just tell me we were coming here." I said with annoyance.
"You wouldn't of came." He shrugged his shoulders without a care. I met eyes with a man that made me creeped out.
Jackson pulled me towards him. "This is Ace. A friend of mine."
Ace held his hand out, i put mine on his and he his hand wrapped around mine. He kissed it gently.
"Wow she really is a stunner," he winked at me and Jackson held my waist.
"I know she is." He kissed my head and I could feel him smiling.
"I have to go to the bathroom Jackson." I whisper and he nodded. But a group of people called him over.
"Ace could you take my girl to the bathroom I'll be back." And just like that Jackson left my side as he sad he wouldn't. I was alone with a stranger.
Ace had his arm out and I hooked mine around his. We walked all the way up the stairs and he took me to a room that had a bathroom in it.
He sat on the bed while I went and did my thing. After I sat on the bed with him.
"How long have you known Jackson for?" I question him as I stared into his eyes.
"About two years. We met while working in mexico."
"Wow, sounds fun."
"Yeah it was. Oh hey, I got you a water. He grabbed out a water bottle.
"Ah You saved me." I gulped almost the whole bottle.
"Oh geez you're to have to go pee really quick again." He chuckled and I swatted my hand.
"Pf, I'll be fine."
Ace and I headed downstairs, I began drinking a little too much wine. Jackson hadn't been around so Ace was taking care of me. Seeing how embarrassing I was already acting as a lightweight he took me back up stairs.
"Let's just keep you up in this room for a bit, Okay? I got you some more water."
I chugged all the water. Every last sip, I think Ace was impressed.
"Where's Jackson." I asked as my head was spinning.
"Downstairs, he'll be up soon.. hopefully."
I seen him texting and trying to call Jackson. I don't know what came over me, but this wasn't me. I pushed Ace onto the bed slowly unbuttoning his shirt. I kissed his neck sloppily. He barely tried pushing me off.
I could feel him becoming erect by my touch.
"You like that, don't you?" I moaned in his ear and his grunts told me yes."Well if you want more, tell me what the fuck all of this is." I flipped out and he laughed.
"What do you want to know."
"Who is Jackson? Who is he really?" I repeated and he gave a long sigh.
Hearing the door open before I could hear the answer I heard a voice almost yelling. I couldn't see because my head was spinning so fast I fell off the bed and everything went black.
The last thing I heard was, "GET THE FUCK AWAY FROM MY GIRL."
I know it was Jackson, and I know it probably looked bad. But I only did it because I needed answers.
I woke up minutes later with my head on Jackson's lap and he played with my hair. I moved my head seeing we were still in the same room. I was also still unfortunately drunk out of my mind.
"Jackson?" I hiccuped.
"What's wrong sweetheart ?" He felt my head searching for anywhere that may of hurt when I fell.
"I'm drunk out of my mind and I just want this feeling to go away."
He laughed a little. "I already gave you advil and water. That's all I can do for you."
"Where's Ace?" I asked when I saw he wasn't in the room when I sat up.
"Gone." He said emotionless.
