Majik .. That's the name that was designed for me. When I was younger I was teased a lot about having such a unique name. I would come home everyday crying wondering why my mother would pick a name like that for me until one day I asked her .. and she said " Baby I didn't pick your name, that was the name you were destined to have. You're magical Majik ". That's all I needed to hear from my mom to make me feel golden. I embrace everything about myself that society tried to make me think was ugly. Anyways my name is Majik. I'm 20 years old and this is the story of how my life changed after meeting the incredible Adonis Washington.
I remember the day like it was yesterday .. meeting him was like being born again. Everything was so fresh and so pure. He was so enticing. Everything about him made me want him. He was truly beautiful inside and out .. still is. Adonis was a breath of fresh air and I needed him in my lungs desperately.

"Majik! Get your ass down here right now! I know you see the time heffa". Today is the big day. I'm finally a senior in high school! This is the day I've been waiting for since I started school. In a few short months, I Majik Monet Miller will be a high school graduate, the first of my family too so this year I really need to be on my shit. I finally finished getting ready cause you know the first-day outfit HAS to be a dope. I was looking good and feeling even better so even my momma's annoying ass couldn't ruin my mood. I walked downstairs to find both my mom and dad waiting for me. " Good morning my angles, " I said as I went to kiss my father on the cheek. " Good morning beautiful." " Are you ready to start the final stages of getting the hell out of my house ? " my mom asked me with that ugly ass mug on her face. " Cause I been waiting for this since I saw the lines on that test hunty. " When I tell you Muse Marie Miller is one of the pettiest women in the world I mean that. Like damn, I said I was sorry for breaking your trophy wife highlighter. It ain't that deep shorty. " Wow. Musik you really need to handle your wife today I think she needs some milk" I rolled my eyes at Muse cause she tripping " Oh baby your mom needs more than milk if you catch my drift" my mom started blushing and that's when I knew it was time for me to go cause this isn't what I'm trying to see. I said goodbye to both my parents and hopped into my dad's old 2016 BMW and was off to start the first day of my final year!

Waking up is really hard these days. Being here right now is really hard. I wake up every day in this house alone and try to figure out why I'm the only one left in this place. Why were the people that I loved so much taken away from me? Forget about that though .. that's a different story we'll save for another day because today is the first day of my junior year in college and a nigga is so ready to get this shit out the way. I promised my mom that I would go to college and make something out of myself and that's what I'm going to do. I got up and did the usual you know shower and brush my teeth, got dressed and was off for the day.
