Concerned for Great Grandmama

I had another weird dream this past week.

This dream was about my great grandma who is diabetic and on self injected insulin.

There was a large package on my front porch when I came home from my volunteer job. I brung it in the house and opened it up. And I saw the type of needles my grandma uses for her injections, only they were packaged differently from what I am familiar with. The needles instead of being in bags of ten as usual, they are lined up in several rows three layers deep. In a fashion similar to ink pens only without the plastic wrapping

I was so concerned by the amount of needles as well as their unusual packaging that I called for a family intervention. I thought she had started using the needles for purposes other than her insulin injections.

We've never received a package such as this before. We've not received, as of yet, such a package since my dream.
