Two weeks had passed since i ran into Sky at the grocery store and i hadn't heard from Karter which was a surprise because i just knew she was going to run to him and say something. "Damn bitch what you look so rough...I know you ain't been crying" i rolled my eyes and adverted my attention from my window to my girl Aniya "I'm go start locking my door what do you want" sucking her teeth she plopped down on my bed "I came to see if yo fat ass was hungry" i smiled "Yea can i pick the place" she nodded grabbing my purse we headed for the door.
I was now close to 5 months pregnant and showing my next appointment was in a few days and i wanted my child's father there. "Let's go Juicy" rubbing my belly i sighed as i got out the car and adjusted my purse as i walked up to the restaurant ChéMack walking in I smirked when i saw the face that made me come to the restaurant without looking she began to greet us "Welcome to ChéMack as owner i make it my business to" she stopped mid sentence looking at me then at my belly. I smiled and spoke "Hey auntie" putting the menu in front of her she sighed "Lauren i see you've been around" she said while looking at my belly i chuckled and shrugged "Well Micah you know the only place I've been is with your nephew" she chuckled "Bitch that ain't none of my nephew" she frowned up her face before handing the menu to one of her hostess.
"Yolanda take care of them i got some business to attend to" she nodded took the menu and Micah walked away i smiled satisfied knowing that the first person she was going to run to was Karters momma. "What was that" following the hostess i looked at Aniya "That was Karter auntie i only knew about this place because he use to take me here she comes three days out the week to meet her customers and today just happens to be one of the days i knew she would be here she always comes on a Monday" she shook her head laughing as we sat down to order.
