BOY do I love laying awake at night thinking about all the ideas and prompts I could be writing instead of sleeping. Ahh yes. The struggle of being the author of multiple fanfiction books :)

Oh yeah, and if you don't like it, just don't read it. It's that simple.

Raven's POV:

Raven lay curled up in her bed, trying not to scream. Not out of sadness however, out of complete and utter happiness.
She let out a giddy laugh (much to her own surprise) that caused her bookshelf to explode, launching books and pieces of broken wood across her room.
Gasping, she shot up, after the defeat of Trigon she had been free to explore and harness her emotion based powers a lot more, however, she was still susceptible to the possibility of random objects blowing up if she were to experience sudden emotions such as she just demonstrated.
Wincing at the sight of the novels and pieces of bookshelf scattered across the ground, she decided that it was probably a good time to meditate.
So, as soon as she settled into a lotus position on her bed, she began muttering her trademark mantra.

"Azarath. Metrion. Zinthos."

"Azarath. Metrion. Zinthos."

She sighed wistfully, her mind went blank as she began to recall back on what had made her so uncharacteristically happy.

...

Flashback to about three hours ago:

Raven had been meditating on the roof when she sensed a sudden burst of emotion. Assuming it was probably one of the other titans, she had shrugged it off and continued on muttering her mantra.
Another burst, stronger this time, disrupted her meditation once again. Growling she  stood up, angry that her meditation had been interrupted for a second time.
'What is it now?'  She thought angrily, phasing through the roof into the floors below.

Grumbling as she wandered the hallways in search of the object of her distraction, she stumbled upon a room in which Starfire and Cyborg were talking in hushed voices.

"I am not sure about this friend Cyborg, I do not know how Robin will react." Came Starfire's voice, her tone nervous and somewhat resembling a child who had done something bad.

"Relax Star, he'll been cool with it, plus, it's not like he can do anything about it."
Raven heard Cyborg reply coolly, his voice reassuring and soft.

Backing away from the door, Raven sighed. She really wasn't the type to eavesdrop on people, but this was where the disruptive emotions were coming from. Pursing her lips she stepped forward towards the door once more, using her magic to improve her hearing so she could hear the hushed conversation between her friends.

"But how shall I come clean to him friend Cyborg? I can't just walk up to him and say; 'The goodest of mornings to you boyfriend Robin! Oh and I forgot to mention, I am doing the breaking up with you for I have fallen for friend Raven', can I now?"

Raven had completely blanked at this point. She was aware that Cyborg was now muttering a response but she had found herself incapable of focusing on anything besides what Star had said. 'Does... Does she really mean that?' She thought shocked, it was true that she'd had feelings for Starfire for a while now, but she'd never expected the Tamaranian to feel the same way, especially not towards a half-demon like her.
She finally snapped out of her thoughts at the sound of  footsteps nearing the door. Cursing silently, she teleported away to the kitchen where she started to make herself a cup of tea, attempting to remain inconspicuous.
Leaning back on the counter, Raven allowed herself a smile, she was still slightly in shock from Starfire's revelation (thus proven by the now goofy grin she was sporting), and was rather interested in seeing what this was going to lead up too.
