It was late that night, but Courtney Crimson just couldn't sleep, she thought about her girl friend, her grades, her dads, her friends, student council, everything really. So once she finally had enough she threw on some presentable clothes and drove on over to Rosie's diner.
As walked in she noticed a familiar face, sitting alone. She made her way over to the booth the girl was in and slide in across from her.

"Oh, hey Courtney" Violet said as the Chines girl sat in front of her.
"Hey V. What are you working on?" She asked as she saw her computer screen open.

"Just routine ideas. I got a petition and the whole cheer team signed it. Chloe and I are going to have this battle kind of thing to see who deserves to be caption. The girls will vote, along with anyone else who sees" Violet told her friend as a large plater of curly fries showed up at there table along with two milkshakes. One double chocolate, and the other a caramel one. Violet stuck s few fries in her mouth before she glanced at Courtney who was staring at her with a grin.

"What some fries?" Violet asked with a mouth full of Curly Fries, causing a few to fall out her mouth. Courtney let out a loud laugh as she took a mental image of the fries flying out of Violets laugh. The Padilla girl began laughing loud too.

"This is great really. I haven't laughed or smiled this much since a while back" Courtney admitted.

"Well a smile is key too a happy life, so do not hold back Courtney Crimson" Violet noted with a nod and smile.

"I'll note that Violet Padilla. And I have big time faith that you will win over the cheer team in a heart beat." Courtney now grinned at the girl who began typing on her computer.

"I think we're going to be extraordinary friends Miss. Crimson" was Violets words to Courtney. And from there on out, the two were indeed great friends.

Violet Padilla walked down the hallway in leggings and a tight sporty crop top. She was heading to the Liberty High gym.

"Violet! you should considering covering up a bit while you walk down these hallways" Justin Foley said as he wrapped his letterman jacket around her shoulda, covering her bare stomach.

"Oh yeah, forgot people could get incredible turned on by the sight of my belly button" she spoke sarcastically with a eye roll.

"Where are we going?" the blue eyed boy as, now putting a pep in his step.

"Well, i'm on my way to meet up with Courtney and Ryan so they can cheer me on while I earn my way back as cheer caption from that stupid blonde. I mean seriously it's such a stariotype to have a pretty blonde be cheer captain" Violet threw her arms in the air with a loud sigh.

"Hey calm down V, you where a  great cheer caption you'll definitely win them back. Even if you aren't blonde, you've got moves and your pretty. The crowd loves that" Justin grinned as they opened the gym doors seeing a cheer team standing in the middle of the floor with a Chloe saying something to them, cheacking her phone ever now and then. Justin and Violet both breathed in a deep breath.

"Wish me luck?" Violet now looked at her best friend as she handed him the jacket back

"You don't need it" He looked at her with a knowing look.

"But you'll do it anyway right?" Violet looked back as him as he nodded she then jogged over to Chloe as Justin joined Ryan, Courtney, Alex,Tony , Sheri, and Jessica.

"Chloe" Violet smirked as the blonde turned around to her

"Hey Violet, what can I help you with?" She smiled a very fake smile. The Padilla girl raised a brow

"I was captain before I left and I was a pretty damn good one, I taught these girl the things that you think you taught" she gestured toward the team who was grinning at her, knowing what was coming, "So i'm here to win my spot back, but there's only one way to do that. Hope you up for it"

"Always in the mood for a dance off, been dying to see what you've got on the table" Chloe continued to smile, completely dumbfounded how much Violet didn't like her. With that Tony hit play on a speaker he had sitting next to him as one of his mix tapes came on. Violet gestured to the caption to go first so she did. Chloe threw in a few well rehearsed moves along with many sloppy ones. She did a few round offs along with some floor dips, she was slower but she looked good in Violets option. Once a beat hit in the song Violet quickly jumped in with multiple drops to the floor,hair flips, and tumbled a few times. She ended it with a quick grind against Chloe causing the blonde to look at her stunned. It was obvious Violet won due to her group of friends cheering her on,along with the cheer team who was chanting her name. Chloe's face turned red in embarrassment. Violet put a hand on the blondes midarm.

"You had some great moves girl. I'd be homered to have you on the team still, even Co-caption if you'd like" Violet smiled at her. Now from the outside the Padilla girl seemed like a bit of a stone cold bitch but she truly wasn't, she was kind hearted and was willing to see the best in anyone, even people like Montgomery De La Cruz and Bryce Walker. In all forms she was just a little softy.

"You really mean it?" Chloe asked the tan skinned girl in from of her with a smile. Violet grinned at her with a nod. Chloe smiled widely before hugging Violet tightly. Violet laughed as she hugged her back nun the less.

"Ready babe?" a deep voice was heard behind the two girl. Violet turned to see Bryce smiling at the two as he walked over putting a tight arm around Chloe. Tony and Justin stood up alert as the both took a few steps forward so they could stand with Violet in a protective way. But before either of them got to her, Alex held on his cane signaling them to sit back down. The brunette boy then began wobbling toward Violet as the two boys sat down and watch worriedly.

"You did amazing V" Alex said plainly as he stood close to her and stared holes at Bryce.

"Hey Alex. What's up" Bryce shot him a side smile.

Alex glared at him, "What's up? Really want me to tell you what's up?" his voice began to raise

"Alex hey it's okay" Violet mumbled as her hands wrapped around his skinny arm. He immediately calmed down. Alex head shot down in embarrassment.

"We should get going, thank you again Violet. I can meet up with you tomorrow to talk about routines if you would like"Chloe suggested. Violet nodded with a smile.

"Nice seeing you two" Bruce mumbled as the couple walked off. The cheer team now began packing there stuff back up and chatting, same for the group of friends that no longer kep a eye on Alex and Violet.

"Sorry about that V" Alex mumbled, now turning slightly to face her but still looked down. Violet giggled and shook her head, throwing a single arm around the skinny boys shoulders.

"Ah no need to apologize Alex Standall, I thought it was very manly" he now looked at her with a grin.

"Manly? That's a sexy word. Are you implying i'm a sexy man?" He joked with her with a chuckled.

"Oh I definitely am" She played along, then the two laughed and walked back over to there friend group. With Alex's arm sling loosely around her waist, with Violets around his shoulder
