I felt like an alien in my own body. It wasn't fair, well it was fair. I am wise and I know that when we first switched not everyone was for it. Soon everyone realized that it was right and society came around to understanding how good these laws really are. We do not have our relationships picked for us, it just states only a select few based on your symbol that you cannot marry. A marriage will fail if you are earth and fire, or water and air. People are separated by there zodiac but we are also in subcategories based on the elements. That's how our classes are determined, elements. Different elements are in different classes, earth and fires are never in the same class as well as water and airs. At lunch there are sections of tables. Fire and water, water and earth, fire and air, and earth and air. It had always been difficult pretending to be a Sagittarius. They are fire and I am earth. Being specific I am a Capricorn but, I wanted to be able to read there materials and cover some things they learn in class. I am patient, my empathy and ability to perceive is something almost all of them lack. Going into grade 8 I am going to have to get my symbol switched, every one has to go to evaluations to make sure there's is right. Some people never know but feel better and less stressed within the hour. Almost as if your subconscious had been trying to tell you since your were born.

"Evan are you ready." My mother called out.

"Yes I've been ready since fourth grade."I said as I came bounding down the stairs. My mother is the only person who knows what I have been doing being a Capricorn she understands the desire for learning. At the moment the Capricorns are trying to pass a law that Capricorns can have access to all materials to satisfy there need for knowledge. Leo's are against that law being passed, I just think their pride will be hurt.

"Here you need to eat something." my mom quickly told me as I race walked out the door. She handed me a bagel and we started to drive. I wanted to get there as early as I could, even if that meant waiting in the heat of the August sun for forty-five minutes. As we pulled up to the building my mom dropped me off. She went to go get some books that I have not yet been able to read because of the Sagittarius title I held. I was taken aback at the fact there were already five people in line. Probably Leo's I thought to myself. I walked to the minuscule line at a moderate pace but was beat to it by a tall thin girl with gold hair and freckles across her nose. I turned around and smiled at her she was a Capricorn like me she smiled back for a moment until she saw my identification tag. To which she abruptly turned around. I was still Sagittarius. Capricorns and Sagittarius do not associate themselves with each other.

I stood in line wishing I could turn around and straighten things up when I realized how I was Turing my body inwards. I am a Capricorn and we can be social but we are also introverts. what I needed to do was turn my body out wards to show confidence. The compact way I was standing made me seem scared and nervous. Although I wasn't the type to get flustered, I was.

The line had started to build and there were many people I was starting to sweat a little bit which was alright but I couldn't for much longer without people noticing. than out of no where the old man started to call people to get evaluated.

"It is time to start evaluations, to make everything go a little more fast pace this year there will be five rooms at a time."

The first five went up around five minutes later I went into room two. I walked in and a nice lady about fifty years of age polity asked me to sit down and she sat in front of me the room was white and brightly lit. She stared at me for about thirty seconds and told me I was a Capricorn. I then swiftly got up and left without make a single sound. I felt oddly empty and very disappointed.

I didn't know what I would feel however, my feelings now weren't what I had previously anticipated. My whole body felt lethargic and my turtle pace must have been to slow for the tall girl because she told me to move out of the way.

"Why don't you just walk past me?" I angrily told her.

"I can't."she sounded annoyed

"The hallway was big enough two seconds ago." I was almost screaming now

"It's getting smaller we should go the other way." she whispered

"We?" I asked waiting for her response

"Never mind, I forgot" she said in a sly tone

"Forgot what, I am a Capricorn." He said to confidently for her likening

All of a sudden she blurted out

"What does it feel like?"

"What?"

"To have the whole world revolve around YOU."

She held the last word nicely. It was perfect, a comeback I would have to use. That was beside the point, we weren't able to get out there was no door at the end and I wanted to get away from this girl as soon as possible.

She was pretty and so sharp but, she is a Capricorn something I know all to well.
