Chapter 4

^Lloyd's POV^

Sometimes i wish i was a normal kid again. That girl i met in the park the other day was kinda rude though. She hates us, but why we've done nothing but help people. We've saved the city countless of times, and yet she hates us.

I got out of bed and got dressed. I went into the dining room to see everyone getting food including sensei Wu and Nya. I sat down next to Kai in front of Cole and started eating.

"Hey Lloyd" Cole said

"Someone was tired" Jay teased

"I ran into someone yesterday who said they hated the ninja, as in us" i said

"Oh really?" Wu asked interested

"She didn't notice who i was but she obviously doesn't like people.... but she was really pretty" i mumbled the last part

"She?" Zane asked

"So their's a girl that hates us?" Nya questioned

"Yeah unbelievable right" i said

Cole and Jay looked at eachother and then looked at me.

"did she have blonde hair?" Cole asked

"And a really bad attitude" Jay added

"Yeah, and her name is Aria" i said a little confused

"Knew it" Cole and Jay said together

"That is Aria Lord. She used to be a student of mine when she was little" Wu said

"Yeah that's how i met her, she's my best friend. I go to the arcade with her almost every day" Jay said smiling

"So that's where you disappear to" Kai said

"Aria was a great student, she was a slow learner but she was persistent" Wu laughed

"What elemental power did she have?" Kai asked

"Hm... i don't feel like telling you that" Wu said taking a sip of his tea obviously amused

"But sensei" Jay whined

"Buts are for sitting on" Wu simply said and the ninjas groaned

"How do you know that girl is Aria, you don't even know what she looks like, she's all grown up" I said

"Does she look kinda like you?" Wu asked

"...well.. now that you mentioned it.. she does" i said suspiciously

"My nephew she is not related to you by blood but she is bonded to you by fait and power" Wu said taking a sip of tea

"Sensei, does that mean she..." Zane asked trailing off not sure how to exactly say it

"Training time ninja" Wu said getting up from the table

"Woah woah woah, sensei how could you just drop a bomb on us like that and not tell us the whole thing" Jay whined

"Training" Wu said closing his door

Bonded by fait and power... I want to see Aria again. Maybe i could follow Jay to the arcade, he said he meets her there every day. Wait how come she hates ninjas but is friends with Jay. Our pictures are everywhere, how does Aria not know Jay's a ninja?
