Jake's mom says well I believe in you and I know Melanie loves you so I think you will win I love you. Jake says I love you too mom. Jenny says what about me guys. I'm still here you know. Jake and his mom say we love you too Jenny. Jenny says I love you guys too so how are we going to be winning Melanie back. Jake's mom says I have a great idea. Jenny says mom no. Jake's mom says but common on Jenny you didn't even hear my idea. Jenny says yeah mom because it involves her meeting all of us and to be honest I don't know Melanie that well but you are pretty intimidating at times mom. Jake says it's probably not a bad idea but we will have to wait and see.
Meanwhile with Melanie and everyone except Sam and Madison. Andrea says thank you Melanie I hope you and Kian can work things out. Melanie says I hope so too but you never know. Andrea says yeah true. Melanie says uh huh well I got to go i'll see you all later for lunch. Everyone yells bye as the walk there separate ways to different classes.
Concurrently with Mackenzie at the house. Mackenzie is thinking to herself how could she really mess up this bad with her sister. She knows that her sister has gone through a lot but she keeps putting more and more baggage on her. Mackenzie isn't really understanding why her sister is the way she is and why her sister is being so tough on her. Every household has rules Mackenzie thinks to herself but they all don't have as many as we do I bet. I'm just going to stay home from school. Maybe that will show Melanie I'm old and mature enough to make my own decisions good or bad. What Mackenzie doesn't realize is what she does will come back to hurt her in the end.
Meanwhile with Melanie in her class with T.C, Kian, J.C, And of course Madison. Madison says hey Mel how's everything with Jake? Melanie ignores her and the guys notice it's going to escalate if they all 3 don't sit in the middle of you too so you both are far from each other. Madison B says I know you can hear me too scared to answer it's not like I don't know i follow his sister and him on everything. Melanie says then you would know he's spending more time with his family and we have been casually hanging out as friends not like that's any of your business now please leave me alone and talk with someone else. Madison says but wait I thought you and T.C were a thing is that not true? T.C says I believe she told you that nothing about her life is any of your business so please just leave it alone. After that Madison finally leaves them all alone and Melanie told T.C that they could go on their second date later today or tomorrow and he told her okay.
In the meantime with Jake and his family. Jenny says not a bad idea you realize mom and dad are used to Madison? Jake says Jenny believe me that won't matter once they meet her they will realize how great Melanie really is. Jake's mom says I already like Melanie and I was still here hearing all of that yes I may be used to Madison but if Jake's moving on we support him and his choices. Jenny says I've been doing that it's just idk maybe getting back with Madison wouldn't be so bad after all when Melanie's with T.C.? Jake says it would be a bad idea getting back with her and you were all on board with me and Melanie what's wrong? Jenny says it's just she posted about going on her date with T.C an hour ago and there hasn't been anything else posted from her since then so far. Jake says I know that Jenny I saw it but it's also close to her parents anniversary so seeing only one tweet from her today isn't surprising me at all. Jenny says and why is that when she usually posts a lot? Jake says because her parents passed away before the night of my concert. Jenny says oh thats why she's so close with her sisters? Jake says yes and mostly because she's trying to take care of them but only one understands her while the other is being a brat so yeah it's hard on her. Jake's mom says yeah I could see why she's young and she has all this responsibility. Jake says yeah but she handles it like its a piece of cake. Jake's mom says yeah with how you're talking about her handling it and everything it sure seems like that's what she's doing.
Meanwhile with Melanie and Marissa after school. Marissa says are you sure it's a good idea to go out tonight you only tweeted about it an hour ago you can change it and go tomorrow? Melanie says its fine Mackenzie skipped school to try to teach me a lesson but she's going to learn something later when she doesn't know the new wifi to the computers because I changed it this morning and it's only on mine and your laptop which we both have password protected that she can't get into. Marissa says okay but you sure you're okay with it being so close to mom and dad's anniversary? Melanie says yes Abby i'm okay don't worry about me. They both walk inside to see Mackenzie trying to get on the computers and she's struggling. Mackenzie says so you changed the wifi and you password protected every computer in this whole house that has it? Melanie says yes that I did I guess you'll learn things are earned not just given anymore since you can't follow rules or show up for school. Mackenzie says oh whatever i'm done trying here. Melanie says fine then do what you want but I take it Sam or anyone hasn't called you checking up on you at all now have they? Mackenzie doesn't answer her. Melanie says and there's my answer on that one at least Sam had the decency to show up and tell me what happened last night. Madison says whatever and walks away. Marissa says and see why I said to reschedule your date? Melanie says yes I see but I need to do this to see if I really like him as more than a friend or if i'm just using him as a way to lose feelings for Jake. Marissa says I understand and so do mom and dad they are watching over you knowing that you will make a good decision in the end on who you should be with.
Sorry it took me so long with this update i'm still working on getting back involved with Melanie and all her sisters but I thought this would work. This chapter actually went as pleased. Jake and his family talked about Melanie more and how they believe he will get her back but they also mention Madison. Do you think Jenny's right about the whole Jake should see Madison while Melanie see's T.C or do you think she's wrong for going back and forth with what she thinks? Do you like how Jake and his family are talking about him and Melanie? Jake's family moments are kinda my favorite thing to write next to Melanie's family moments. Melanie and Andrea kinda talk about things with Kian. Do you think they will ever get back to what they were? Do you think T.C can win over Melanie or do you think Melanie will give him the chance but he won't be able to win her over? Do you think Melanie is going to go on this date and be upset because of her parents? Do you think Melanie will end the date early and realize she wants Jake instead? Who do you guys ship the most Melanie and Jake or Melanie and T.C? I love you all and I am so sorry I made you all wait this long for an update. I promise i'm getting back into touch with her character and everyone else's character too. Bare with me I love you all and i'm thankful for every single one of you for joining me on this wild ride
