It was a very exciting moment of my life. Today is my birthday.

B I R T H D A Y- a celebration where one celebrates their year of birth with friends or relatives... a day that only happens once a year.

And I'l be celebrating it with my bestfriend... Kang Seulgi.
We made a promise when we were kids that whenever one of us celebrates their birthday the other one visits.

And I'm getting excited.

It's already noon and I can't wait.
I heard the doorbell ring. "Jimin... Seulgi's here"
Jin-hyung called from downstairs.

"Saeng-il chukhahae!" She smiled brightly which made my cheeks pink and hot but I smiled back.
I hugged her tight.

"Yah! You might destroy your present" she scolded me.

Present? I don't see any box in her hand.
I sighed out of disapointment.

"What you don't like your present?"
"Where excatly?" I asked confused.

"Jiminnie pabo! I'm the gift" she said and smiled at me.

I hugged her again.
"BEST GIFT EVER" I then dragged her my my room and we waited for Jin-hyung to call us.

After the celebration Seulgi said she has to ho home.
'Best birthday ever' I thought.

Kang Seulgi's p.o.v

It was now my birthday. Last year was Jimin's and now it's mine.
I woke up early and waited for him.

11:00 am

I'm getting hungry but what if Jimin comes I might spoil my appetite.

Truth is I have a rare condition.
If I get hungry and let my hunger pass. My systems will give up on me. And I'll pass out.

I sighed. I want to eat now... but... what about Jimin.

I'll wait.

5:00 pm

It's almost night and I haven't eaten eversince... I'm gonna pass out soon. I called Jin and asked him to come over.

I passed out then.

6:00 pm
Kim Seokjin's p.o.v
Today is Seulgi's birthday. I wonder why she called. I went to my car and drove to her house.

Once I got there I opened the door and the sight shocked me.

Seulgi was lying on the floor... unconscious. I quickly got her in my car and drove to the hospital.

The doctors took her to the e.r and is it just me or that doctor looks familar. I shrugged it off and called Jimin.

He wouldn't pick up.
I sighed. He went to the arcade... I guess he forgot. I sighed for the nth time.

The doctor approached.
"Are you with Kang Seulgi?" The doctor asked me whilst looking at clipboard.
I nod my head.
She looked up and I was shocked.
"Kuk Jiaki?!"
"Oh... Jin" she said.
"You're a doctor?" I asked,
"And are you still a BI?" She asked,
I shook my head.

"Anyways... she passed out beacuse she hasn't eaten, and she has issues regarding those... if she lets her hunger pass... she'll collapse, and we hooked her up in a life support. If in 12 weeks she still doesn't wake up we'll have to remove it" she said.
"Thanks for telling"
"No problem"

I saw her glasses were about to fall.
"Here"

I adjusted her glassed whilst looking at her dead in the eyes.
I remembered looking at those eyes ever so deep before. And I want those eyes to look at me like that again.
I coughed and bowed after.

'How long did I resist on longing for her?' I asked myself.

I entered her room. I saw her lying on the bed. Alot of tubes around her.
"How could that 바보 (pabo) be so  careless?" I let out a frustrated groan.

12 weeks later...

Jimin was at the hospital looking at the comatosed girl. It was his fault that's the thing that he keeps in repeating in his mind.

He was looking at her still not blinking as if he himself is now dead. He then heard the heartbreaking sound....

*BEEP*

He cried his eyes out...
"This is all my fault" he cried even more.

5 years later

"Hey... Seulgi, guess what... it's your birthday" Jimin said with a sad smile.
"Sorry if I wasn't there" he leaned the flowers near the tombstone encarved with

February 10- March 10
Rest in peace

Jimin was singing happy bithday..
He felt so guilty leaving her on her birthday...
"Bogo shipda... Jagiya" he then walked away.
