I stand by the kitchen counter while I prepare the tea that will help calm Arthit. He hasn't said a word yet since I saw him in the balcony crying. He just lets me comfort him as he cries silently in my arms. For him to let me do that is a shocked. He must be really hurt. I don't know what the reason is but I'm pretty sure that whatever it is, it has something to do with Prae and his relationship with her.

He keeps avoiding the topic whenever it's about her. And just a few minutes ago, I saw Prae in the elevator looking a little distressed. All of those lead to one thing- they have a problem. They do and it's affecting Arthit.

I walked towards the quiet man on the bed looking on the floor and place the cup of tea on the bedside table. "I made you tea. It will help you relax."

He looks at the tea and quietly takes it. He took a sip and placed it back on the saucer.

"Kongpob."

"Yes?"

He looks at me before his eyes look down on his lap. "I'm sorry you have to see me like that," he mumbles, his voice almost coming out as a whisper.

"What are you being sorry about? It's okay."

I sit next to him and ruffle his hair in a playful manner which made him glare at me while he scoots away mumbling I'm ruining his hair or something near that.

"Arthit."

"Yes?" He looks at me with his round eyes that are still a little puffy due to his crying a while ago.

"In the future; if you want to cry, tell me," I paused. "I'll wipe away those tears for you."

"Kongpob!"

His cheeks turn red and his eyes avoiding mine. I chuckle at how cute he looks. I know that I may sound like I'm only teasing him but I'm serious. I will wipe away his tears whenever he's crying because I never want to see him cry again. I never know that one can feel hurt too if they see someone they care about crying or hurting.

"Are you feeling better?" I asked after he's finish with the tea. He nods his head and smiles at me. His smile is sad and it pinches at my heart. I don't like this smile. I want him to smile like he means it.

"Thank you for- f-for that in the balcony." He blushes even more and rubs on his nape while he looks everywhere but me.

"Do you want to talk about it? I mean, it's okay if you don't but I'm willing to listen if you need someone to talk to."

I really want to know what's happening so that I can help him if I can but I don't want to force it out on him if he's uncomfortable of sharing his burden with me.

He was quiet for a while before he speaks again. "Prae and I had a fight."

"Yeah, I kind of guessed that."

He looks at me in surprise.

"I saw her in the elevator on my way here and based on her looks, and the way you avoided talking about her, I guessed that you two may be having some problems."

"Oh. You noticed that I'm avoiding talking about her?"

"I didn't at first but I did eventually. You keep on changing the topic whenever I mentioned her name."

"Well," he bites on his lower lip contemplating on what to say next. "When we were younger, before we decided to have this relationship, we made a vow to each other." He sighed and slumps his shoulder like his carrying something heavy.
