Just some plot holes that I've noticed while watching TVD and TO. I love both these shows with all my heart, but like most supernatural shows, there are many mistakes made.

Why do vampires in TVD and TO usually start burning after being in the sun for about 10 seconds, but Hayley literally burst into flames after like a millisecond???
