Whoa...

It was 2:10 and school finally ended with a bang. Overjoyed students, running through the halls to catch their bus or rides, made me lack my goal to reach my bus. "Can't they move any faster..." I mumbled under my breath as I waited for a couple of chatting Freshmen to step to the side. I sped further ahead when, I noticed a huge gap for me to move further forward and to catch up with the other pile of students. I hated how crowded the halls got at the end of the day. There are so many students with things to do places to be and --- "Uh hey.." A familiar voice from behind caught me off guard. It was the guy from earlier who didn't tell me his name. "Hey...haha I didn't think I would catch up with you here." I answered back as I tried to keep alittle distance from him. "I'm sorry about earlier...I just didn't really have time to talk.." He apologized and grimaced at the ground, sighing. "It's okay I totally understand." I stated as I smiled, focusing less on getting to my bus. "Oh and by the way my name is----" The crowd of students started to uproar and I couldn't really here what he was saying after that. All I could see was his mouth moving and forming words I couldn't really understand. Some students were surrounding me so much and pushing towards the opposite direction. Sadly enough, I was on the far end of the hall and I had no clue of what his name was.

"Do you wanna build a Snowman, or ride our bikes around the halls.." The tv volume blasted in my ears, while I was staring at my computer screen.  Originally I was watching a re-run of Frozen on Disney Channel, but then I decided to message Nathan to see how he was doing. "So tell meh y, I lost my house keys dis mornin nd it turns out it was in my dog bowl." Nathan complained while we were talking about our day. "Haha its cus ur extremely irresponsible." I replied humorously. "So much 4 making me feel betta Em." He sarcastically responded while adding a thumbs up emoji,"How was your day anyway?" "Pretty guud, I made a friend 2day nd her name is Kylie..shes pretty kool...but den dere was dis guy I met..." I replied back. "Ouch...im jealous...He gets 2 c u nd I cant." He stated as he added a frown emoji. I can't believe he was really jealous. I know this sounds selfish but the fact that he was jealous made me smile. It makes me feel special that he cares so much about me. But he does have the ability to see me; it's just one video call away. "U can always call meh on here...we can't start off slow w/ no vid nd just a simple call." I suggested in the chat box. He typed out,"Uh...ok...u call first." I reread his message over 30 times, because I was really nervous to press the call button. I wonder what his voice sounded like; It probably was extremely sexy and deep. Or puny and adorable. Why can't I move my mouse to the button? I was covered in anxiety and the fidgeting wouldn't stop. "Click!" the computer mouse chimed as I finally clicked the call button on the screen. After all the intense ringing, Nathan finally picked up.

The was a awkward silence as the first 30 seconds of the call elapsed. "Hello?" I questioned as I broke the silence. All I could hear is shaking and creaking sounds of a bed. Down below the calling screen, I could see Nathan typing something. "Ur voice is more beautiful than I imagined...im so nervous to even tlk...but...I will try to articulate. " He stated hesitantly. "Please don't be nervous Nathan...I am too....I only wanna hear your voice." I shyly remarked to him. I heard a deep sigh and words started to form in my ears. "Hey...its Nathan." He whispered through the microphone. I loved his voice was unique and mysterious, yet vibrant and calming to the ears. "I love your voice too.." I said as I was starting to blush alittle. We laughed all evening long, made unrealistic voice impressions of celebrities and play Truth or Truth, which was literally just a game of truth. The happiness started flowing back from the first time I met him and I didn't want him to ever fade away. He was my escape of this world.
