[ON HOLD] Always together

Chapter 1

As a child Katie always loved dancing and spending time with her family, but she would always look forward to night time when she could go to sleep because she would dream of an imaginary older sibling. As she grew up her dreams went away but she didnt think anything of it. Yes she missed the adventure and the happiness that she got in her dreams but deep down she knew they were just dreams.
It was the 24th of November and the next day was her 18th birthday she was looking forward to knowing her purpose in life. She looks at the clock beside her on her bedside table it is 7:52 she didnt sleep very well last night ,she desides to get out of bed. She looks at herself in the mirror, her hair was messy, her shirt was wrinkled and she had bad under eye bags. She heads to the bathroom and takes a shower. She heads back to her room and takes a hoodie and some leggins since it was pretty chilly outside. She goes downstairs to the quiet kitchen since everyone was still sleeping.
She gets a bowl out of the cupboard and poured cereal and milk in it. She sat at the kitchen island on her phone whilst she ate her breakfast. She texted Lauren, her best friend, and asked her if she could come over at 3:00. She headed back upstairs and dried her hair and put it in a messy bun.She goes back downstairs and turns on the tv and goes on her phone.
She checks the time and it was 2:48, Lauren was going to be there soon, she gets off the couch and heads upstairs to get dressed into something cuter. She gets out a dark red tank top,black leggings, her ugg boots and a long wool cardigan. She goes back downstairs and waits for Lauren to arrive. Lauren gets there at around 2:58 and they head out to McDonalds and get late lunch together. They hang out until 23:52 and Lauren goes back to her house. Katie changes into her pijamas and tries to go to sleep but she rolls around the bed ,she cant fall asleep,finally she falls asleep about 2 hours later.
