OMG girl. Why didn't anyone tell me that one direction was in Toronto for the first two days of August. I knew it because I cheeked to see what were they gonna do on Friday and they we're doing a concert and I was crying because I was going to Toronto on the first of August. Yay but I didn't go. non. I actually love this chapter. you will know why.

The uncomfortable silence Hayes started eating without me. I stared at him for a couples of second before eating myself. I hope Shane didn't ruin our dinner and got Hayes mad at me for nothing.

Well not yet.

"Do you know who?" Hayes randomly says. I finish chewing before I respond.

"Know who what." I ask.

"Who Bailed him," he started. "Or maybe he escaped." He groan.

"Um Hayes I don't think he escaped, The jail is really succoured." I tell him truthfully. I'm starting to get a little nervous for myself. He's gonna hate me for bailing him out, why did I do it?

"Oh, right." He says and I smile nervously while he looks at me suspiciously. We continue eating and Hayes looks a me a couple of time when suddenly Hayes drops him utensil loudly which made me flinch.

"Lets play a game." he smirks.

"Um Hayes I think we should finish-"

"Let play, one question, you ask a question and then I ask a question."

"O-ok," I shutter.

"You first." he smiles.

"Um... Have you had sex before?" I questioned. His face falls to an emotion that flashed so quickly that I couldn't even describe but he quickly recovers.

"Maybe. My turn. Did you bailed Shane out of jail?" His face falls serious, mine, goes flat and I fell my eyes getting watery.

"Hayes-"

"No Hayes, Did you bail him out Katya?" He asks me again. If I say the wrong thing, I'm afraid to lose him.

"Yes." I break out into tears. I don't even know why I'm crying. Hayes sighs loudly and gets up.

"Please Hayes-" I start

"Don't 'Please Hayes' me. I'm done trying for you Katya, you knew this was gonna hurt me, hurt you hence, you still do it. I can't believe you bail him out, after all he has done to you." he spats and walks away. I break out in snobs with my hand on my face

Have have I done. I've lost the chance of a good relationship in 2 weeks. I've lost Hayes, I've lost my protection, everything and to add to my shitty life I can't even pay for this. I've only got 10$ and this fancy restaurant is way out of my budget.

I look up to realize that Shane was eating Hayes dinner.

"What are you doing, aren't you supposed to be working?" I say.

"No I'm on break." he smiles and continues eating.

How rude.

"Well can't you go somewhere else?" I plea more than ask

"Awe don't cry, I hate to see you cry like this for some jerk." I rests a hand on my shoulder.

"He's not a jerk." I move my shoulder from his touch.

"Well, leaving a pretty girl here with no money, alone I think that's kinda a jerk sweetie." he smiles. I give him the most disgusted face on earth.

"Don't call me sweetie." I pout.

"Why not, sweetie?" he challenges.

"Just stop, please?" I say.

"Fine, here's what I can do for you. since I'm a waiter I get free meals. Now if you let me take you to my place, I will save your meal in my account and it will be free if not, I will call the police and you will be arrested for dine and ditch." he stands up. "You chose?"

I think properly on my choices, If I go home with him god knows what can happen and I'm not taking the chance, If he calls the police... wait a second he can be in jail for blackmailing and trying to kidnap me right? right so now what do I say?

"Call the police Shane, I don't care really." I cross my harms and lean back on my chair.

Shane ponders fro a second and smirks.

"Fine, your choice." he pulls out the phone that's in his pockets and dial a number.

"... Hello I would like to report a dine and ditch in Malgeray, the finest restaurant in North Carolina (I made it up so don't go searching on the web haha). And we caught the person so no need for a searching crew... ok sure bye." he hangs up a glances at me before looking around.

"Listen here bitch, if you run away," he chuckles." oh if you run away, I will make sure that you've been fucked by every single on of my friends." My far drains colour and he satisfied with my look so he walks away.
