It reads,

Shane: Thanks for bailing me.

Shane: Where did you get the money?

Shane: Hello?

Shane: answer me!

Shane: If you don't answer then I'm coming to your house.

I quickly send him a message.

Katya: no don't come please. Your welcome and I won't tell you.

"Who is it?" Hayes ask.

"The girls. see I told you." I lie again.

Shane: why won't you tell me babe?

Katya: because I'm allowed an don't call me babe."

Shane: why not, babe?

Is he serious right now?

I don't even want to answer.

"Ok let's continue." I smile and continue.

- The next day -

I wake up and cheek my phone. 6:30. Too early. I stand up and grab something to wear on this cold Tuesday.

"It's pretty warm for December." I say to myself as I check the weather.

I pick out a blue denim shirt, a colourful floral scarf, rainbow vans and black leggings. I put my hair in a bun.

Go some breakfeast and texted Hayes.

Katya: Hey.

Almost seconds later he replied.

Hayes: Hey. Do you want me to bring you to school? :)

Katya: sure I'll be outside in 5 min.

I pick out my coat and brushed my teeth and head out the door to fin Hayes waiting.

"Hey." he says and give me a little kiss on the cheek.

"Hi." I smile. "What your plans after school?" I ask walking to his car.

"Packing." he says casually getting inside

"Packing?" I frown.

"Yeah packing. I didn't tell you I'm going on tour?" I he says turning on the heat of his car.

"No." I say.

"Well I'm going on tour with Nash, Carter and Cameron." He explains.

"How long?" I asks.

"Only 3 weeks, its not that long."

"3 weeks is long Hayes, it's only been 3 days since we started dating and now your leaving." I tell him.

"I know but we can Skype and text all you want." I he turns on the school road. "Okay?"

"Okay." I still a little sad that he is leaving.

"When are you leaving?" I ask.

"Thursday because I have to be there on Saturday and I need time to rest after my jet lag." He laughs. I don't even know why he's laughing. Him leaving me is a serious matter.

"Why your laughing?" I pout.

"Cause your so worried of me leaving you. it's not like something gonna happen." he chuckles getting out of his car.

"I know but..." I start and can't finish.

Maybe something is going to happen.

"But what?"

"Just forget it." I sigh.

"Come on Katya, Shane is in jail. he not going near you anymore." he explains.

That's it. I let Shane out of jail. He could come back after me. I'm so stupid. I there any way of putting someone back in jail? I don't thinks so. Shit.

I intertwine my hands in Hayes' and walk in school.
