Friday Night
Ashton’s POV
I can’t wait for tomorrow.
Our date is going to be incredible.
I’m about to head over to Aven’s for the night.
We’ll probably just watch movies and cuddle tonight.
It’s almost a Friday night tradition at this point.
I smile at the thought of having traditions with her.
I’m gonna leave early tomorrow to properly plan our evening.
I’m nervous.
I hope to God that she loves it.
Aven’s POV
When I’m waiting for Ashton, the time can never pass fast enough.
He only told me he was coming over twenty minutes ago and I feel like hours have passed.
I’ve got a few movies picked out and I’ve popped popcorn.
I’m reaching for a bowl when he comes up behind me and kisses my cheek.
“Hi babe” I giggle.
He hoists himself up to sit on the counter and I playfully toss popcorn at him.
He grins and tries to catch a piece in his mouth.
“Ready to watch the movie?” I ask playfully.
“Always” he responds as he hops off the counter.
We pass by Robin and I hear her say “Be safe kids”.
I turn in just enough time to catch her wink.
I shake my head and lead Ash into my room.
I put in Hercules and he grabs my wrist and gracefully spins me around.
He pulls me closer to him until we’re just inches apart.
He uses one hand to gently raise my chin to his face.
He leans in and kisses me softly.
He always tastes so sweet.
He then puts one hand in my hair on the nape of my neck and uses the other one my lower back to pull me closer to him.
The kiss gets deeper, more passionate.
Parting my lips with his, he licks my bottom lip tenderly.
He gives me one last, quick kiss before patting my ass and falling back on the bed.
“Tease!” I whine shamelessly.
“You love it.”
“Of course! So, are we gonna watch this movie or not?” I say sniggling up to his chest.
He doesn’t respond but the kiss on top of my head says he’s ready to settle down for bed.
“’Night Ash.”
“Good night beautiful.”
Robin’s POV
I’m overwhelmed by how glad I am that Aven’s happy again.
Ash really is a great guy.
