G back and re-read if you want to be able to understand the chapters I will be adding on. I just want to say that this new version is actually wwwwaaaaayyyyyyy better than the last.

I wake up and we are still in the air, he banks very gently left, me sleeping doesnt help the time situation so I get up and get a grip on his spikes.

“Ok you can go faster!” I yell, he speeds up immediately banking harder, I easily stay on. We go for only like another half hour before he slows and lands. I look and see everyone, in human form, including Rowan. As soon as he stops I climb down jumping off I am immediately hugged by Rowan. I smile hugging her tightly.

“Well look who survived.” Jack says smugly, I roll my eyes, Rowan looks at him longingly.

“Hey Kole! Guess who’s meeting us at the hotel?” he looks over, walking up beside me.

“No one I like.” she smiles widely.

“Your girlfriend.” my stomach drops and my throat gets very very dry.

“Girlfriend?” I look up at him and Brock's eyes go wide as he walks away. “You never told me you have a girlfriend.” My voice obviously shows.

“Its my ex, Maddelyn.” he says simply.

“She doesn’t think so.” Anna mutters shaking her head.

“And it doesn’t matter to you, wouldn’t have stopped you.” my cheeks flush.

“I am not a slut.” I say firmly turning away I grab Rowan and walk away.

“Well then, let’s get out of here, those hunters are after us.” Rowan and I walk in the back, trying to go unnoticed. But that is nearly impossible when you have a psychotic dragon watching you.

We walk through the woods for awhile until we come to a busy road with a hotel just across the road.

“We will have to go get a rental car and then go by car.” Anna explained. I look at her confused.

“Why, wouldn’t it be faster to fly?” she nods.

“Yah but there are too many people we would be seen from here on, we have to drive.”  I nod, she is very take charge. But I like that about her, she knows what she is doing unlike me. My stomach goes in knots I don’t look forward to meeting the crazy ex who thinks she is still dating the guy who marked me. I remember the way Thomas called me his mate.

“Koley Poo!” a high pitched squeal that makes me cringe shows how much I am not going to enjoy this.

“I haven’t seen you in ages!” she throws her arms around him and I grit my teeth, I stand right beside rowan who hooks her arm with mine. So I don’t lunge at anyone, she goes and sticks her tongue down his throat and it actually hurts me. My mark burns and I choke on air, he shoves her back and she stumbles back.

“Who is that?” she spats out in disgust, I answer before anyone can for me.

“His mate.” I grit my teeth and she lunges for me with her claws out, I don’t move a muscle ready to take her head on. Dragon or not, I grab her arm but suddenly she is plowed down and thrown to the ground. Rowan yanks me back.
