"seriously, is your destination even real?" I growled I was getting impatient with the same routine which we had done for weeks now. Draken just flew down and shifted rolling his eyes "we are a day away so shut your moany ass up". I whipped my daggers out to train, catching him off guard as I ripped his shifting fabric open. He hissed and began to duel with me, swords clashing and clothing ripping. This was my life and quite frankly, I loved it.

I began to squirm on Draken's back, I was getting bored for what felt like the millionth time "how many hours?" I huffed and Draken took one short breath of fire and let it out, this was our form of communication in the sky "only an hour!!" little twelve-year-old me squeaked.

We began to edge closer to the end of that one hour and we were flying just like we normally did but Draken sped up, catching me off guard I hissed, something I had begun to do with Drake around, and looked over to the horizon where a small castle had begun to appear.

My mouth began to slowly gape open at the sight of it, it was beautiful, built into the water. Who would have thought to do that?

My thoughts were interrupted by Draken manoeuvring himself onto one of the free landing podiums. My vision was hazy, I was gobsmacked at my lack of knowledge for such a place.
We arrived a the huge gates. This was it, my new life although my naive little mind had no clue of what was going to come.
