"..Then they drove off, I tried to find her but either they were driving fast or clocking her mind from me."
It was silent, and it scared me. Then a table was flipped on its side and 5 superheroes were shouting at once.
"I WILL KILL THEM!"
"THEY WILL BURN IN THE DEPTHS OF HELL!"
"PRISON WILL LOOK LIKE HEAVEN WHEN WE ARE FINISHED WITH THEM!"
"WHERE ARE MY THROWING KNIVES?!"
Everyone was making death threats and it honestly scared me, they were never like this; they fought for justice, not to kill. But then someone I thought was not even was here spoke up interrupting the shouting effectively without even trying.
"The camera footage shows that they went out of the city, and headed out towards the old fishing spot about 20 minutes away from the cafe. It looks like they are still there."
Everyone was now staring at the Caped Crusader with awe, forgetting what he just said until Flash ran towards the Plane Bay, bringing us all back into reality, all of us suddenly sprang into action sprinting or flying towards the plane bay in a futile attempt to beat Flash to the plane.
Take off was not quick enough for us, but once we entered the Earths atmosphere Batman put the plane into the highest gear it could go, zooming towards the hut Lyric was thought to be at with the robbers that took her.
Soon the hut came into view but the van that took her was gone, in its place was a taxi with the words 'HA HA HA' was spray painted all over it. Joker. I could see everyone in the plane tense up, but not as much as Batman did.
"The hut is lined with lead, I can't see what's happening inside."
Superman sounded desperate and furious, and so was everyone else, you could feel it radiating off of everyone.
The plane could not land quick enough, but when it did everyone was running out of the door, only to be stopped by a scary image none of us wanted to see.

And Lyric was not moving.
Joker walked up to us and handed Lyric over to Flash, who was the closest to him. I ran over and looked at Lyric. The first thing I noticed was the sound, the faint sound of air entering the airways, The second thing I noticed was her face.
Her eyes were wide open and she was staring at nothing with a look of fear and her mouth was open as if mid-scream. She was trembling with fear and it was because I couldn't keep her safe.
"I'm sorry guys, Luther decided to use my warehouse for experimenting on her, but we thought he was just calling a meeting. He is still inside now, Harly is making sure he can't run away, But we will-"
"Where is Luther?!"
Hawkgirl interpreted Joker. She sounded pissed. I didn't know that they would do but I didn't want Lyric there when they snapped. Flash had the same idea because he held Lyric close and started to walk back towards the Jet.
I had no idea what happened to her, but I will do everything in my power to make sure she makes a recovery, I will never give up on her.
