river's p.o.v
i sat on the side of the bed waiting for y/n to come over to my house because i missed her so much. i have been feeling down lately and sad. i felt like the slightest thing would make me angry.
i couldn't breath from crying so much last week and i didn't tell y/n because if i did she would be stressed out and keep on worrying about me.
i rested my head in my hand and slowly closed my eyes. i heard the door opened. i made my way downstairs knowing it's y/n.
your p.o.v
i walked into the house with my bag resting on the my shoulder, i put my bag on the ground and took off my shoes. i looked up and see river walking downstairs.
i smiled looking at him, but as he lifts his head up, he had a sad look. my smile was now turning into a frown.
i started making my way towards him. "hey, are you ok" i asked resting my hand on his shoulder, i didn't get any response. he just stood there with pain in his eyes.
i embraced him into an hug. he rested his head in the crook of my neck and wrapped his hands around my waist.
i softly rubbed my hands on his back in circles. i heard him softly crying so i pulled him closer into the hug.
"it's ok, i'm here" i said trying to cheer him up, after a few minutes he released out of the hug and took my hand.
he walked upstairs, i walked behind him. "hey do you want to talk about?" i asked as i stood against the bathroom door.
"not now i just want to sleep." he said while wiping his tears away. "are you sure?" i questioned walking to where he was standing.
"i'm okay" he smiled uneasy "alright just know that i love you" i said as i wrapped my hands around his neck.
"i love you too" he said leaning into a kiss, "let's go to bed" i said while leading him into his room.
