Logan's pov:after I dropped Jake of at school I went home and Lilly didn't look good and suddenly she passed out and the doctors said she might not be able to make it Chloe is in a mental breakdown so am I(Jake arrives)

Logan's pov:I walk in the room and I see Jake sitting next her holiding her hand and crying he honestly can't live without here and so as me and Chloe
