I never told you (ENG/FR)

So we meet again

"Look, it may sounds weird but seeing you with him bothers me"

"Oh, since he's your ex-teammate?"

"No... because he's a guy"

"You thought I would date a girl or something?"

"No! No! What I meant was that you are dating someone... You moved on"

"Oh... Yeah... I was not gonna wait for you forever huh?"

"Yeah I guess..."

The awkwardness of the situation overwhelmed me and a small chuckle escaped my lips. I quickly bit them and looked down.

"I'm gonna grab my seat now", I announced while pointing toward my current boyfriend who already saved some places. He simply nodded and my eyes caught his hands gripping his helmet stronger. I sighed and turned around to leave when I heard my name. My heart ached a little and I lost my breath. I thought with all this time, it won't affect me that much but I was mistaken. I closed my eyes and images of our nights together replaced the darkness. He only whispered my name, I could pretend that I did not hear him. I could walk toward the man I love and who loves me back. I could work harder on erasing these memories. And that is exactly what I did.
