Baby on the way

Bella's pov

Sam came into the house about an hour after they left. Jacob walked in carrying a bag filled with groceries. Seth walked in carrying a passed out Elizabeth. I jumped up but regretted it as a pain went threw me. Seth went to the basement door and went down the stairs with Elizabeth in his arms.

"Jacob I need to go to the hospital." I said threw clenched teeth.

"Why?" He asked with concern in his eyes and voice.

"Idiot she is in labor!" Sam shouted at him. I forgot he went three this with Emily.

" Seth stay here with Elizabeth, we have to take Bella to the hospital. Call Charlie and tell him that I where we are." Sam shouted down the stairs.

I grunted as pain filled me again. Jacob snatched Elizabeth's truck keys from the table and he helped me to the truck. We made our way to the hospital with Sam following in wolf form.

Elizabeth's pov

I opened my eyes to a beautiful meadow. The sun was setting and birds where chirping in the trees.

"I'm sorry I had to do this." A woman's voice behind me said. I turned around to see the woman from my dream standing there. Well the version of her before she went all crazy. A dark chuckle was heard across the meadow and I saw the crazy version of her.

"We have called you here for you to choose. You can't be both. You have to choose to accept one of the sides." The evil one said.

"What do you mean by I have to choose?" I asked as I looked back and forth between them.

"Child you must choose between us. Something is happening and your body is rejecting us. You have to choose between your demon side and your angel side. But you have to choose carefully." The angel said.

"It won't effect your personality at all. But with one of us you do her a power that will benefit it your future." The demon smiled.

I took a step toward her. "What happens of I refuse to choose?"

"Then you will die" the answered at the same time.

I remembered all of the times in my life I had to choose between good or evil. "What about my brother?"

"He has already chosen his fate." The angel said in an ominous tone.

"I choose the demon." I said as I walked to her.

"Good choice." She said as my world once again went black. I awoke on my bed. I sat up and looked around. Seth was sitting on a kitchen chair but had fallen asleep with his head on my bed.

"Mine." I whispered. He smiled in his sleep as I stroked his face with the back of my hand. I pulled back my had to scratch as my throat. My hand touched a soft velvet material an I jumped up to look in the mirror. A black choker with a red gemstone was around my neck.

"That just tells other immortals that you accepted you demon side and let your angel side die." A familiar woman's voice said. "Remember me?"

" oh my goddess, you are my demon side." I answered her. I sat back down on my bed.

"Mark him." Her simple command rang threw her head.

"What?!"

"Run your finger over his shoulder and trace your name." She laughed.

I did as she told an gasped when my name showed in runes.

"Now other immortals will see that he is yours. Of course the shifter can't tell." She chuckled as I stared in awe at my mark. Seth started to stir in his sleep and he opened his eyes.

"Hey" he said with a big yawn. His eyes filled with seriousness. "Your sister went into labor and is in the hospital. Her child should be born by tomorrow.

"WHAT!?" I jumped out of bed and found Charlie in his recliner. "Is it true?"

"Yep Bella is gonna be a mom and in going to be a grandad." He stared at the screen. "How are you feeling? I heard you fainted."

"I'm fine. And wow. I'm going to be a Aunt." I sat on the couch and let the information sink in.
