I looked at him, raising one of my eyebrows in that "really?" sort of look, my sarcasm turned on full blast. I was not going to let myself be melted by his facade.

"Not interested." I said bluntly, ignoring his hand.

That only made Drey smile enchantingly. "Oh, well that's an interesting name." He took out his phone, unlocking it. "So is Interested your last name then? I just want to make sure I have it right in my phone."

I stared at him wide-eyed. Is this guy serious?

He smiled at me. "Here, Not Interested, how about I buy you another drink?"

"No thanks." I turned back to face my phone, hoping he'd go away.

"Aw, come on Not Interested. It's not like you have friends to talk to. They're all off dancing with someone, so why not make a new friend."

He was watching me this whole time?! "Stop it."

Drey cocked his head to the side. "Stop what?"

I glared at him. "Calling me Not Interested."

He stared seriously at me with those captivating blue-green eyes. "How about you tell me your name then."

"Why? So you can stalk me for the rest of my life?! Yeah. I think not." I replied, sarcasm coating every word.

"Well I have an even better idea then. Let me buy you a drink and then I'll stop." He grinned at me, clearly pleased with his coercion.

I stared blankly at him for a moment. My god this man is persistent! "Fine! Buy me a drink then! If it'll stop you're pestering.

Clearly pleased, Drey called over the bartender. "Order away."

I thought for a moment before ordering a rum and coke cocktail.

"Aren't you going to get anything?" I turned to Drew after he paid the bartender for the drink I now had in my hands.

"Nope, I'm good." He reached over and grabbed a beer bottle that was next to him and took a hefty swig.

Gross... I really hope that was his. I took a drink out of my glass, feeling pleasant warmth spread through me as it hit my stomach. I was going to need a little "medicine" to help me get through the night.

"So what brings you here tonight? I don't think I've seen your face at any clubs around here before." Drey looked at me as he set down a now empty bottle. His gaze was filled with curiosity.

Well if that doesn't imply you're a huge partier... A snide voice sounded in my head. Well he looks the type that's for sure with the way he was dressed in dark jeans and a snug fitting white shirt. Simple, but effective. I couldn't help but marvel at how the shirt he was wearing displayed the muscle beneath.

"Um... That would because I have far better things to do with my life than wasting it away in noisy places such as this. I was forced to come tonight for my friend's birthday..." I was talking far too much, especially to a complete strange. Even more so since I wanted to get rid of him as soon as possible.

I quickly brought my drink to my lips and downed the rest to keep me from spilling my guts out. I did not want him to get the idea that I was interested in him when I'm most certainly not.
