Chapter 6

"Let me give you a warning first, do not act on your own when you're inside unless you want to end up dead." Kakashi spoke to the Team. His expression more serious than ever.

They stood outside a building just as large as the Hokage's office. The building was painted dark blue and had wings as the logo at the front. The design of the building was out of the ordinary. It was more modern but not many had seen it. It's located off at an isolated piece of land that belonged to The Wings. Unauthorized people were not allowed inside.

Kakashi looked at Team 7 hesitantly before guiding them into the building. It was completely silent as they walked along the dark corridor. Team 7 could only stare at the surrounding with shock, they didn't dare to talk, not knowing what this place brings. It was like they entered another world.

"N, it's Fuyu and Team 7." Kakashi greeted. In front of them was a man seated on a chair. He had a cape covering his body and he was wearing a mask. They couldn't see what he looked like and had no idea on what to do. They all froze, including Sasuke.

The man took of his mask, taking a glance at it before looking at the team. He didn't have any expression on his face, the team could only look at him confused.

"I'm N. I'll be assigning you each someone. Before that, you need to agree with some things. Whatever information you learn, shall not be revealed. Your life will be in my palms, I won't send you to die or be a sacrifice. However, if any information is leaked or if anyone becomes a rogue. We have full authority to hunt you down. I'll give you an hour to think and inform your parents, if you are willing, come back here before the hour ends." N said it all at once. They couldn't guess what he was thinking which made them taken aback, there was no human which could have no expression at all.

Sasuke POV
The Wings may have a bad reputation but they've always been strong. I won't have to ask my parents. If I join, I will undoubtedly be able to train better than if I remain under a sensei. Then I'll have a better chance at killing Itachi. But my life will be in his palms. I don't know who he is at all. I've heard he is strong and all but have never heard of anything else. Should I?

Naruto POV
Great! I have a chance I'll perhaps never get again, to join The Wings! I'll get strong and become Hokage! Then I'll be acknowledged for sure! Of course I'll join! There's no need for consideration at all! Besides I won't need to ask my parents anyways.

Sakura POV

"Mom, Dad, I'm home." I said in silent, taking off my shoes before walking into the living room.

"Welcome home Sakura!" Mom greeted me with a hug. I rolled my eyes, she's always exaggerating so much!

"I'll be joining The Wings along with my whole team and Kakashi sensei." I said after mom finally let go of me from her right hug.

"What?! No way! I'll tell the Hokage, you are not joining them! Do you have any idea how horrible they are-" Mom burst out but suddenly seem to have trailed off. She shivered in fear and so did Dad. What was going on?

"Mom? Dad? Are you alright?" I asked, concerned. They never act like that.

Sakura's parents POV

"Us? Horrible? You have no idea what you're getting into ma'am. If your daughter made her decision to join then the Hokage can't interfere. You know our policy, we don't take orders from the Hokage."

The man didn't need to repeat what he said. We instantly knew, our daughter was gone, The Wings have taken her in and we can't do anything but pray in silence.

Sakura POV

"Alright Sakura. Go on." Dad mumbled under his breath. I nodded my head in acknowledgement before gathering some things, heading out of the door.

"But please, promise us you'll make it out alive. Please." Mom held my hand, giving me a kiss on my cheeks before letting me go. I slowly and silently walked along to busy streets, making my way over back to the building, where my new journey will begin.

Third person POV
About an hour later, Team 7 once again assembled in front of N. Beside N stood four figures. A guy none of Team 7 could recognise, Haru, Aki and Kakashi.

"Natsu, him." N said gently. Team 7 looked at him confused. Natsu, the man they didn't recognise walked up to Naruto, his eyes containing a slight sorrow that no one noticed but soon kept.

"I'm Natsu, let's go." He said. His voice wasn't low pitched as expected and it was gentle. He walked off, passing by the others. Naruto quietly followed closely behind, though he was really confused.

Then, N glanced over at Haru then back at Sakura. It was all it took for Haru to understand his instructions. She looked at Sakura with a smirk at the tip of her mouth, walking off with Sakura at her side.

After they left, Aki looked at Kakashi then looked at Sasuke before walking off. Kakashi followed beside and Sasuke followed behind though unsure of whether he should be doing so.

They entered a room. The walls were painted pastel blue and the roof was white. There was a bed with white sheets at the corner of the room and a small drawer containing some neatly folded clothes inside. There was also a study table in front of the window. There were some books neatly placed on top of it.

"Firstly, being one of us means orders from N are compulsory while Hokage's are optional. The Hokage has no right against us but N keeps a close eye so don't think of anything. Secondly, me and Aki will be in charge of you so our orders are to be taken seriously too. Thirdly, you're not allowed to use our scroll but for training purposes, we'll allow you to fight the enemy. Lastly, rest well when you can, you'll find resting time precious soon enough." Kakashi said, taking a seat on the chair of the study table.

"You have something to say too don't you?" Sasuke glanced over at Aki. He was good at reading expressions and situations, that even Aki couldn't deny.

"Don't spark the flame, it burns, it really does." Aki said. She was sitting on her bed, staring at the window.

"Alright, questions Sasuke?" Kakashi glanced over at him. He didn't seem to understand what Aki said but didn't really seem to care either.

"N isn't his real name is it?" He looked at Kakashi. Kakashi looked into his eyed before he shook his head.

"Only two person got close enough to his heart to get to know his real name." Kakashi said casually. He didn't know N's real name and he doubted he ever will.

"We got a job, nearby the Land of glass. A group of rogue just escaped their country with some scrolls. We have thirty minutes." Aki said, immediately gaining the attention of Kakashi and Sasuke.

"How did you know? We didn't even talk to N." Sasuke narrowed his eyes at Aki.

"She has an excellent hearing. Her heating range is much higher than any of ours. Let's get going then. We'll teleport you there this time since we're lack of time." Kakashi said, placing his hand on Sasuke's shoulder, teleporting both of them away.
