Now, I've been watching the walking dead and something has frustrated me to no end.
They sleep on the ground! Where the zombies are! Why not go to the trees? Or sleep on top of the RV? WHY?
But you reader, are not going to make the same mistake! You are going to sleep on rooftops if you have to but don't sleep on the ground especially in an area with no surrounding fence.
If you find a nice stand of trees, use a hammock, nail some handholds to the tree if you need help getting up there but hang the hammock up at LEAST eight feet or two and a half meters high from the bottom of the hammock to the ground, though the higher the better.
