Do I Like You?

The Break Up

DongHae and Siwon have been dating for about a month and a half. It was a con tact relationship. Siwon has cought feelings for DongHae. But DongHae hadn't. Siwon just wasn't Donghae's  type. But DongHae didn't really like anybody. Until he got in touch with one of his best friends good friend. The moment he saw him he just wanted to make him happy and make him feel important. He didn't know why. He just knew he wanted to make him happy and see him smile.

They're on a date. At a restaurant.

"I have to talk to you." Siwon says regretfully. 

"What is it?" DongHae asks with a questioning look.

"We can't be together anymore." Siwon says with tears in his eyes.

"Why?!?" DongHae starts crying immediately. Sure he didn't really like Siwon. But it still hurts to get broken up with.

"I have to give all my time to my fathers business, I'm the heir." Siwon says with a regretful look.

"But what about the contract?!" DongHae says with anger, he's scared he'll get disowned.

"I can't do anything about it. So I have to break up with you. Maybe later when I get more stable with my job we can be together again. I already talked to our parents about it. They understand."

"How could my parents not tell me?!?" DongHae says then he stands up and walks out of the restaurant.

"DONGHAE WAIT!!!!" Siwon yells as he looks at Donghae walk out of his life. He just stays there and sobs.

As Donghae walks out he's overwhelmed with feelings. He wants to find a safe place and that place is with Sungmin, his best friend.

Sungmin's POV

*hears knock on door*
"Hello?"

"Sungmin he broke up with me." DongHae says as he explains at my door step.

"Why?!?" I said as I rub Donghae's back in efforts to comfort him. 

"He said he has to give his full attention to his work and doesn't have time for me" DongHae says as he calms down.

"I'm gonna kill him." I say as I think about how I should get away with this and whilst plotting his death.

"No, it's ok. I told him not to contact me so I'll be ok." DongHae said as he sits down on my couch and drinks his glass of water.

"And you think he just won't ever talk to you again? Trust me I know men. I hooked up with him the week before y'all got together and almost killed him because you became his boyfriend." I said as I gave a death glare to DongHae.

"WHAT?!?????!!! DongHae said as he got up from the couch.

I started laughing my brains out. "No, I'm kidding I didn't hook up with him. I don't do one night stands."

"Don't do that!!" DongHae says as he punches me in the arm while laughing a bit.

"OUCH!!!" I said as I rub my sore arm.

"You deserved it." DongHae says as he give me a smirk.

"Shut up." I said as I got up to go take a shower.

"Where are you going?" DongHae asked me.

"Shower. Don't walk in on me I know you want to see me but we're not like that you know." I said as I turn around laughing.

"As if I ever want to see your body." DongHae said as he shivers in disgust.

20 minutes later:

I came out of the shower to see DongHae laying in my bed.

"What are you doing?" I said as I go to my drawers to get my pj's out. As I drop my towel to put on my clothes I see DongHae cover his face immediately.

"Ewwwwwwww I didn't need to see that." DongHae said as he peeked through his hands to see if it was safe.

"If only you were Kyuhyun." I said as a stare at a my phone background.

"Oh goodness. Why don't you just go for him?" DongHae said as he walks over to me.

"I do, but he just takes it as me being my normal Sungmin." I say as I lay back on my bed getting depressed.

"Oh, well don't get discouraged. keep going for him." Donghae said as he laid down beside me.

"Atleast your friends with HyukJae." DongHae said as he sounds sad.

"What do you mean?" I said as I turned over and rested on my hand.

"He never talks to me when I say hi. It's always a short answer. He doesn't seem to like me." Donghae said as he turned over and looked sad.

I started laughing

"What?!?!" Donghae stared at me as I wipe my eyes from laughing so much.

"Hyukjae likes you. That's why he doesn't talk to you. He's scared he'll say something that will embarrass himself." I said anthen Donghae's mouth dropped.

"No way, he likes me? Wait your just trying to make me flattered because I just broke up with Siwon." Donghae said as he looked sad.

"I'm not joking. Flirt with him a little. See how he reacts and that will tell you." I said as I get up to go to my kitchen.

"But I don't like him. I just want to be friends with him. I don't want him to be sad if I cant return his feelings."

"But what if your feelings change in time?" I said as I smirk and lean against my doorframe

"I don't think they will. HyukJae doesn't really seem to be my type. And it's gonna be hard for me to move on. I meant I didn't really like Siwon but we did hang out a lot. I'm gonna miss him. Donghae said as his eyes get teary.

"Well I'm Hyukjae's friend and take it from me. Hyukjae is pretty out of this world. And I told you he likes you. So try to talk to him more. He'll talk to you, he's just being kinda dumb and nervous." I said as I walked towards Donghae.

"Ok, ill give it a try." Donghae says as he stands up and smiles softly towards me.
