Chapter 19

Chris's pov

on the way home I just held mikes hand, we lived in such a desolate place it took about 30 minutes to get home. We were mostly silent but we didn't know what to say.
I need to talk to him about getting a cleansing of our house..

"Hey Mike?"
"Yeah?" he said stopping at a red light
"Um.." I trailed off rubbing my thumb over his knuckles.
"um what?" he said smiling
"Do you think we could get a cleansing of our house?"
"Yes." he said automatically

Mikes POV

I carried my things upstairs an Chris was right behind me.

I put my things away and Chris changed. I walked up to Chris.
"Can we go to the church now..?" I asked
he nodded and we left.

We walked in and there was a priest messing with some papers.
"Excuse me sir?" I asked
"Oh! hello I'm sorry I didn't see you there!" he said very joyful and walked over to Chris and I
"How can I help you boys?" he asked
"Um.. well. this is gonna sound crazy but we think our house is haunted."
I rushed the words out.
the priest looked interested.
"Do you have any proof?" he asked
I held up my arm, not in a sling anymore but it was still bruised, I moved my hair away from my neck,then Chris pulled up his sleeve of his jacket.
the Priest looked horrified.
"boys I'll be right back." he said and walked into the next room.

"Chris?" I asked
"hm?" he said looking at the floor
"what's wrong?"
he didn't say anything
what if his depression is coming back..
I was apparently in deep thought when the priest came back because Chris was snapping his fingers in front of my face and repeating my name.
"I'm sorry, what was that?" i asked
"Well sir, i talked to a few people and some Priests from other churches will be over in a few days to cleanse your house if that's okay."
"Yes that's perfect thank you so much."
he smiled and went back to his work an Chris and I left

I hugged Chris and he hugged me back, he seemed sad still so I dragged him outside and hopped on his back.
"Mike what're you doing?" he asked smiling a little
"I dunno what're you doing?" I asked teasingly
"I think I'm about to throw my fiancé into a pile of leaves" he said grinning
"Nooo not the leaves!!" I playfully shouted
he ran towards a pile of leaves
"Nooo damn it!" I shouted
then he dropped me in the leaves.
"Christopher Cerulli!"
"Yeees?" he said all innocently
"Help me uppppp"
he reached his hand out but instead of getting up i pulled him down with me.
he laughed and laid his head on my chest.
"Hey mike?"
"Yeah?"
"Can we go camping tomorrow?" he asked
he knows I love nature and I know he does too, I mean we have nothing to do until next Sunday.
"Of course we can" I said and smiled
he smiled and we cuddled in that pile of leaves for about an hour and a half.

"its getting a little late." I said
then I realized Chris had fallen asleep on me.
I smiled and kissed his forehead.
"well I guess I'm gonna have to carry him" I whispered to myself.
I slowly got up and picked up very lengthy Chris.
I carried him inside and carried him upstairs and laid him on our bed then tucked him in.
I looked down and smiled at him
I then walked over to my closet and got some clothes and walked into the bathroom and got in the shower.

Chris's pov
I woke up inside tucked in and I heard the shower running.
I smiled and got out of bed
I took off my hoodie, then my shirt, then my jeans. yeah I'm about to sleep in my boxers. oops.
I got my phone to check the weather for the camping trip and laid on top of the blankets leaving my body exposed.

**5 minutes later**
Mike walked out
I turned around and he was staring
"Like what you see?" I asked
he smirked "Always do"
I felt my face get hot but I stood up and walked over to him and kissed him. it was I light 5 second kiss that's all.
I looked down and he was only in a towel.
I walked back over to our bed and sat on it, sometimes my bad boy comes out. he got dressed and came over and laid down. we were just having typical conversation.
"What do you wanna do?" he asked
I smiled "Is you an option?"
"I am always an option" he said
I swear 1 second later he had me on my back kissing me.
he kissed me on my neck which was amazing, he knows that turns me on, then he kissed down my neck to my chest. He looked up at me
"You sure?" he asked
"Yes." I said automatically.
he kissed to the edge of my boxers and that was it.
Mike was getting laid tonight.

Mikes POV
we laid there tangled in the blankets and sheets.
"Chris?" I said breathlessly
"Yeah?" he said the same way
"I love you."
"I love you too."

I then fell asleep in his arms.
