I sit in an area I stay in a lot. The other members have called it "Cameron's Zone." Its full of old crates to sleep on or against. I notice Josh, Simon, and North talking. I try to avoid eye contact with them. While Simon and Josh were okay with me leaving, North hated it. We had a disagreement on what to do if I was caught, she wanted to kill. I wanted to sacrifice myself to protect Carl. When I first arrived, I lied to everyone and said I was AP-700. I understood her side, but she didn't understand mine...

Flashback

North and I are alone. Josh and Simon are on a supply run, and the other androids never listen without being asked. It's the first of the month. I think to myself. I get ready and say,

"I'm leaving."

"For what?" North asks with a slight smile.

"Personal business."

"You'll do what you need to survive." North says

"Yes," I say, turning around. She grabs my shoulder and harshly says,

"Cameron, if you get caught, you have to whatever you need to stay alive. Even if that involves murder." I laugh,

"If I get caught, I am dying to protect my former master."

"You care, still?" She meanly jokes.

"Just because you couldn't handle your job, doesn't mean all humans are bad." I harshly respond.

"You ran away. How do you love your master?" She yells.

"You'll just be deactivated. I-I..." I stop, realizing I was untangling my lie.

"You'll what?" She says her interests perked.

"I'll die to protect him...That's that." I walk away upset.

End of Flashback

North and I have never agreed on most things, but we do agree that things have to change for androids. As I glance back at North, Josh, and Simon, everything suddenly becomes muffled. This fucking audio processor. I sigh. I replaced my broken parts. My audio processor, my optical units, and my thirium pump regulator. Occasionally, these replaced parts act up. I have to go and get this fixed. I get up and prepare to leave when notice Josh coming in my direction. Shit... I  recall what I did before. I'll have to read this lips, but he won't speak as slowly Carl did that night. He stops in front of me and starts talking and I try to read his lips,

Cameron...leaving...tell. I try to piece together a sentence.

Cameron, stop leaving without telling us. I nod, but reply with,

"I told Markus." Josh nods his head no.

...even listening...me? I sigh, this was an easy one. I shrug. He sighs, throwing this arms up. Josh walks away and quickly leave. Once outside, I notice it started raining harder. I wander around for a bit, knowing the only way to fix it is time. While wandering, I notice that woman and her YK-500, this time sneaking into an abandoned, fenced off area. I decided to follow them. I sneak over to the fenced area. I hear a conversation, which is mumbled,

"Alice, we're....to sleep...."

"Kara....like it...."  I glance into the face area. I see an old car, as well as the woman and YK-500.

I throw a rock over the fence to test the waters.

"Kara....that?"

"I...know Alice" I gently tap on the fence and mutter,

"Help me." A moment of silence before I hear,

"...Help..." I wait another moment in silence before hearing,

"...In"  I hop over the fence. The YK-500, who I believe is Alice, looks scared and cold. She has her hair in a ponytail and is wearing basic girls clothes. The woman, who I presume is Kara, now that I look her closer, is an android. Her dress read AX-400, and she had her LED in.

"My audio processor is broken," I say to Kara.

"...can...help?" she asks. How can we help?

"Do you have an extra?" I ask. She nods no. I frown.

"...help..." She says. I shrug.

"Can you speak slower?" I ask.

"Can you help us?" She asks much slower. I look at the YK-500. I smile.

"Can you go to the convenience store, and get us stuff?" Kara asks kindly. I nod.

"What do you need?" I ask happily.

"Food, and water." I smile. As I leave, I say,

"I'm Cameron, by the way."

Third Person

As Cameron leaves, she scratches her leg on a piece of metal. No one notices as she bleeds Thirim 310. She walks into the convenience stores, leaving blue blood drops. The man running the store notices the blue blood and calls the police. He smiles at the deviant, waiting for the cops. The police arrive on the scene. Connor burst into the store, tackling Cameron.

"Lieutenant, its the SR-400!"

"Shit," Cameron says. The cashier stands quietly in the back. Lieutenant Hank Anderson comes into the store,

"Holy shit. What it's doing way down here?" Connor places handcuffs on Cameron and places her into the cop car. Hank and Connor get into the front and drive off. Cameron sighs, noticing the blue blood on her leg, before "sleeping"
